Why do you sell prizes? Prevously we could get prize when purshasing energy. Some time ago you decided to separate that two things. Also you have to know that people usually win prizes. I think that you guessed what i am talking about. Pay to win.
That's why you have to rename boxes from prize to surprise.

Who can explain to me, why does OOO sell Equinox PRIZE boxes. It has 80% chance to get UV ticket. That's why we can calculate average price of the box without unique stuff, it's about 60-65 kcr. So people buy PRIZE boxes and then get 20 kcr 1 UV ticket. Cost is considerably more than price of box contents. Previously prize box was just a good bonus for Energy. People didn't lose nothing with that deal, now they do.
OOO, please stop sell PRIZE boxes or give right name to them. It's even not surprise box, it's lottery box.

I miss the old way of getting prize boxes too. Now, I just pretend the box doesn't exist at all. If only OOO let us do with or without CE instead of only without, speaking of Prize Boxes...

im not happy with the current system, more boxes in the market: the less value have their content, but well that its just "whatever" for me
im not happy because them dont feels anymore like prize boxes. more like "payboxes" since every promo we only pay for the boxes. reason that made me not to buy anymore boxes. hard to recover your founds if you dont get what you wanted in the boxes because the next guy at you its selling whatever thing you got cheaper than you do. the other guy got what you want? good luck trying it to get it because you dont going to have the funds to pay for it.
i used to pay promos a lot before (probably spent more than 2 or 5k dls here) but now i dont feel like to pay them anymore, because it dont feel like promo, more like "hey buy your lottery ticket and see if you get what you want and if not, well maybe next time! because you dont have energy to buy what you want LOL!"
They changed over to the method of directly buying boxes because of feedback we gave them. I'm much happier with the boxes in their current state, even if it means my energy reserves are a bit more... Limited.
