It'd be great to have private PVP with friends. Right now, it's only possible with Lockdown, and there are no 1 on 1 duels. I'd like to have a way to duel with my friends. Like a special area in the Guild Training Hall or Advanced Training Hall that allowed you to damage other players.

This does sound like a great idea. Plus it would give people a chance to see what lockdown is like
I had a similar idea before, having a PVP Training hall, but not one in your GH! Anyways you could access the shield mods just like in LD, Also i think this is a good idea because most times, a new LD Player will be rekt by a pro, they shyould at least have a bit of a warm up before heading into the fight.
I want this, players could just toggle PvP on and off. Also, as Dusk-Satoshi LD mods should be avaible here. Sometimes it's just good to test classes, their damage and how abilties work.

Yes. All of my yes. Would make counter-attacking while stun-locked be able to pull you out of a chain.
Or maybe it would have one second of a sword duel where the swords are crossed and either the heavier sword wins, RNG chooses who gets hurt, or both players take about a pip of damage, during which time both players have no invinciframes? Would make teamwork more viable, especially if you see your guardian locked in a duel constantly.

Well, I wouldn't say the heavier sword would always win, as there Are ways for one to overpower their opponent when using a lighter sword. Durability, skill, those kinds of things. So maybe instead the RNG or that other one you said, where both players get chip damaged instead of the full hit. Then they both are pushed back with the loser getting Weak Stun.
