Is anyone capable of providing a chart of some sort listing the highest DPS weapons to the lowest DPS weapons? Rough charts are fine, but it's always nice to know information about what tier and depth the weapons are being used on, levels they may be, bonuses/UVs (Unique Variants) they may have, and etc. You can make it for one category of weaponry alone also if you want. (i.e. swords, guns and bombs)

Of course, straight combos is not necessarily the most effective way to use your sword. But it's a highly reproducible, objective way to measure...something about DPS.
Lancer Knightz has similar tables for guns, but they haven't been updated in a while, and certainly not since the gunner update. And they never got to tables for bombs. Someday?

Also thanks for the charts guys they're basically exactly what I was looking for.
Since the gunner update, they have retested one thing about guns: How fast you can move while charging.
All of their other gun data pages begin with a big warning about how the data are old. So if they've retested anything, they haven't posted it.

Highest DPSes are belong to the weapon that creates multiple hits per attack instantaneously, such as (dash) rocket hammer, (charge) brandish, autogun, alchemer (with a good aim), dark retribution (should be stacked in one specific area), leviathan/fang of vog (should nullify the knockback). Magnus charge also joins in after gunner update, but you need a good position. However, pulsar and antigua are not included on this type of weapons, their DPS is low compared to these weapons.
Another notable weapon is divine avenger (magnus behaves similar now) that able to one shot roarmulus twins onto their next phase. Electron vortex helps to increase DPS significantly because you can connect the same attack to many more monsters. Also, battle sprite skill (deadly cloak, frenzied firestorm) attack buff have bug that allow you to do double damage on one attack (or charge) right when the buff is gone.
By the way, this game is lacking of monsters with high hp that acquiring the best dps weapon is a bit redundant. You can one shot (or almost instantly) kill most monsters with non optimized high-dps weapons.
