We have some updated news about Spiral Knights! On Wednesday, April 6th, it will be transferred to a company called Grey Havens. Grey Havens is a group of former Three Rings employees who have come together to keep the games and communities we love alive and happy.
We very much appreciate your patience in waiting for news of what was happening with Spiral Knights! The transfer of the game may involve some downtime the evening of Tuesday the 5th and/or Wednesday the 6th.

The servers should all be transferred and we're working to correct any lingering issues. This is an ongoing process which will take some time. We still have a number of things that we need to work on, but we thank you for all the patience you’ve had. Below are a few items we wanted to update you on.
* If you sent us a support question via email and have not heard any reply, please send it again in case it fell into the abyss.
* Steam Trade was not working after the transfer. This should now be fixed. Please let us know if you continue to have any issues.
* Unfortunately due to the size of our new support team, we are no longer able to provide German or French language support. This means that players should expect to see the following changes:
- New game content will be displayed in English even if you’re using a German or French localization.
- Responses to support queries in German or French will be answered in English along with a German and French translation via Google Translate.
- The German and French forums will be made read-only because we can no longer moderate those sections. Eventually they will be removed.
We understand that this will be upsetting for our German and French players. We're sorry that we have to make these changes. It was an incredibly difficult decision, but one that was ultimately necessary.
