Basically I'm going to make this thread to sum up the info we got about this bug in a hope devs can fix it ASAP.
>Only affects characters who are in a guild (not 100% confirmed)
>Get you stuck on a "Heading into Haven" Loop when trying to chose a affected character
>Sometimes (rare) it let's you in the game but won't let you change Havens, go down the clockworks, etc.. Also, if you log off you'll get stuck again.
>You can still create another character in the affected account
>Getting kicked from your guild FIX the logging problem
>If you got kicked you won't be able to join the guild again (Correction, I managed to get back in by being in the same party as the player inviting me)
This is as much info I gathered from the other thread that was going on, please refrain from posting help requests and this thread, leave that to the other one, let's use this one to gather info about the bug so we can help devs identify the problem and fix it. Thanks :)
Edit: I also noticed a weird problem that may be related to all of this, I got this player on my list (the guild master) showing offline in my friend list (couldn't /tell him either) but he was clearly online as I was talking to him over Mumble and he was able to invite me to his party and after that invite me back into the guild.
Edit 2: New symptom
>If you manage to fix your char, and get back into your guild, the bug will come back, getting kicked again solves the problem.
This issue has been reported as being on similar Havens, specifically 67 and a report of 68.
IMPORTANT: Make an edit to your post giving knight name and guild when you have had the issue fixed from 3 rings, if the issue isn't fixed i'll make a future thread on how to take legal action and get all the money you payed for returned.
Edit: Everyone that is still experiencing this issue, make sure you go on another character and hit f2 and report a bug. include the real character's name.
