I had some problems with not getting the Cradle and all achievement, so i sent a message through the support portal. That was some weeks ago and a week ago i sent one more. They are yet to answer and i don't really know what to do at this point. It would be nice if someone could help me out and even better if someone from the team would actually answer this post.

Did you send it through the "email support" window? I know after the transition, that didn't work, thus I had to email support directly at "support@spiralknights.com". Try giving that a go, however I assume they're on a holiday schedule right now so responses may be slower than normal.
