What I want to know is where the extra boss will be. Will it share a gate with another boss, or will it be in its own gate (thereby leaving no boss-less gate)? Or maybe it'll alternate with the Royal Jelly Palace and only be available every other week.

The new boss stratum will be
The new boss stratum will be in the gate currently without a boss stratum. As we did with the Wildwoods, the Munitions Factory will override the 4th stratum of live gate and a dormant gate. We do this so everyone can play the new content right away and not wait for a new gate to launch.

And sometime later 2 gremlin spies...merchants...to arrive sometime with boring boss. No clue how well that boss bores through to the core to an even bigger boss as gremlins seem to be caste oriented.
Is the new boss one of the Crimson Order overlooking the Ironclaw Munitions Factory?
Is this Roarmulus a Trekkie or the warped creation of a mind on too much Mountain Dew? (Hmmm, time to photoshop a spocked gremilin... )

oh yeah
i haz a theory. maybe they're maing mechanicle wolvers!! (hence the name Project ROARmulus). or maybe making a mechnicle suit for the wolvers, hence the test subject thig.

The Gremlins are supposedly
The Gremlins are supposedly fantastic mechanics/deconstructors. It could very well be a Construct boss that they built instead of an actual Gremlin. "Nearing completion" is rather synonymous with "almost done building" after all.
*Gives herself up to the Gremlins as a "test subject"* I volunteer to test your toy. Try to take my sword though and I'm putting it through your hide you silly Gremlins.
