To whom it may concern,

I think it would be awesome to have a pet.
Not much else to it.. It doesn't have to attack or anything..
Even if it only followed me a round, I think it would be pretty fascinating.

There are several interesting questions you could ask:

First and Foremost:
1. Would the pet be able to attack or is it mainly for aesthetic appeal?

2. Would you be able to 'capture' a monster throughout the clockworks, such as a one of those cute chromalisks or gun-puppies which you could use as your own turrents?
3. Would you be able to trade them? Sell? Buy? Maybe it could be an energy-only option similar to a weapon-slot upgrade or for a certain amount of tokens?
4. Would you be able to use them to check prices by leaving them at he AH whilst you go down and dungeon?

Obviously there would be limitations to the pets available

I personally find the pet idea to be helpful in allowing higher tier players to distinguish themselves from the lower players especially since the current options are usually grey owlite shields or vog caps etc.

Hmm. It sounds nice, kinda.

Hmm. It sounds nice, kinda. But you have to change how a pet Chromalisk (if there is going to be one) will look like from the normal Chromalisk in dungeons, otherwise players would get confused. I would also like to ask that the pet is similar to a trinket slot, that it costs CE for a "pet slot". I'd love a mini jelly pet, however. :D
