as the title says after a party member gets defeated you have the option to give half your health to them indicated by the icon when hovering over them. simply put have that icon permanently hover for the other members to see telling them not to bother attempting to revive them since it has already been done. naturally the icon would disappear after they get up.

most of us have seen a party member gone afk while dead and even after having their revival cost paid they won't get up and even then some party members will continuously attempt to do that... its rather annoying

I agree with this. I've lost count to how many hits I've taken while trying to revive someone who is just waiting for the right moment to get up.

I pretty much agree, it seems kind of mandatory considering how important it is.

No real downsides here, provided the icon doesn't interfere or distract playing, but makes it obvious enough that you don't rush over and swing your weapon like an idiot and then get hit.

Yeah

Indeed. The shared heart symbol only comes up when the 'dead' player presses it. There should be some indication. Maybe the revival symbol on the player's party status bar instead of the skull thingy when the revival has been paid?

And people tend not to check the msgs while fighting. Trying too hard not to die themselves. And/or are usually out of the screen.

Changing your opinion? Who cares, seriously. Useless posting is really annoying. Can't convince you? Don't care honestly.

Anyway, having an indicator is a good idea. No loss in making one. Changing the party status symbol when paid should do it, among other possibilities.

I quite agree, I have yet to see any reason why this would be a bad thing if implemented correctly.
