Can someone tell me what the Pros & Cons of these Bombs & tell me how long the charge Time is, Knockback, etc?
Nitronome Vs Big Angry Bomb Vs Irontech Destroyer
fuse time: nitronome < angry bomb < irontech
knock back: nitronome < irontech < angry bomb
damage: nirotonome < irontech < angry bomb
walk speed: angry bomb < irontech < nitronome
bomb radius: angry bomb/irontech < nitronome
Some bomb handling BAB vs Nitro:

Some gameplay BAB/Nitro (includes comparisons w/ nitronome):

(notice that small radius, long fuse, huge knockback leads to hitting some enemies every other bomb for BAB instead of every bomb, pushing in specific directions difficult to time)
Hope that helps.
I'm sorta aiming to get that.
Even knowing the downsides of the Irontech before I made one, I immediately regretted it once I tested it out.
Unless OOO changes Irontech and Angry Bomb, Nitronome will be always be far superior and you will die and ragequit trying to use the other two.

Thanks, but can you do Irontech?
You going to front me 1450CE because I sure as hell ain't going to throw that much away? Read my post here. Everything I said there pretty much applies to the Irontech. I've used the BAB up to level 10 and that was a PAIN. After I maxed out the heat, against my better judgement, I continued to use it to see if there was any possible use for it. There isn't. It's a slow bomb that takes forever to set up and even after you "successfully" deploy it there is no guarantee you'll get it to react with enemies the way you want because from charge to deployment is is a full 5 seconds with maximum CTR. You can't fudge up a bomb positioning at all because there is no way to counter correct it. You can't push enemies with your shield to fix mistakes because you'll push them outside of the blast radius. If you push the wrong way? Too bad you'll have to wait 2 bomb cycles before you can even piecing together how to fix it. The bomb is basically a reverse graviton bomb and I don't mean that as a compliment.
I couldn't figure a safe way to consistently drop the BAB in a good position without first opening up a pocket with my nitronome. Yeah, you read that correctly; I had to use a nitronome to open a pocket up so I could safely deploy a BAB on a consistent basis. The problem isn't just a 2-bomb set-up but after the BAB blows up the pushback in most rooms is so far that enemies never make it back to the tiny blast radius again meaning you're only hitting enemies with 125% of nitronome's damage every 2 bombs. Why you would want to suffer through this for 25% more immediate damage on a 50% smaller area with less than 50% of the DPS compared to a nitronome is seriously beyond me.
As to the Irontech Destroyer, it has tiny radius, slow walking distance (but faster than BAB), and long fuse (even longer than BAB) but does less damage than the BAB. It's basically the BAB but worse. I don't need to make you a video to tell you that it is awful.
I wanted to present the facts for you to make up your mind on your own. You can certainly still make an Irontech Destroyer if you choose but let me be absolutely clear here: YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I was seriously going to get it, but after reading all that, I'm not sure anymore. Either, they need to buff it, or nerf Nitro a bit.

The reason you get the nitronome over the BAB and Irontech isn't because nitronome is better, it's because th BAB and Irontech are BAD. Those bombs aren't even situational. There is literally no situation where I would ever think, "Hey I wish I had the BAB or Irontech with me". They just plain are NOT usable in ANY situation. Nerfing the Nitronome won't make the BAB and Irontech suddenly viable, it will just create 3 unusable bombs.
I don't even understand how that makes sense to you.
Who want to be that the kid only wants an Irontech because it has the word "Iron" in the name?.. lol
there has been some recent changes related to the last video that Eeks posted for example: BAB now has a bigger radius + dmg + minor stun chance ,i v tried the bomb myself and i found t to be extremely useful , now it all depends on skills because the bomb is pretty slow , even tho it can pack a punch so don't blame the game , blame the player now.
http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Bombing_Guide i think this clears it up pretty quick....
