More involvement with Snipes

Me and a few other people in the Town Square were bored and had a little chat about Snipes. A lot of ideas were formed, and I hope a few of them are implemented in-game.
Please feel free to add onto our ideas or post your own. I'll put up the ones I think are the best.
1. Have Snipes as pets (includes special abilities such as picking up items further away from reach, slow but gradual healing, or a backpack for items)
2. Snipe racing (place bets on Snipes that race)
3. Snipe hats (a lone Snipe perched on your head)
4. A cloak similar or identical to the ones the Strangers have. Attracts Snipes or has Snipes perched on you
5. Snipe armor (feathers from Snipes that increase move speed. We wanted something that increased it)
6. A Snipe weapon (maybe a bomb, though it does sound a bit violent)
7. Snipe herding (as a game, like the Colosseum)
8. Snipe coins (earned through herding or placing bets on the Colosseum. Can obtain Snipe weapons or armor)
9. Snipe commands (/hug to hug a Snipe, /pickup to pick up a Snipe, both flying and grounded ones, /pet to pet a Snipe)
10. A Snipe petting zoo
11. Snipe trinkets (might add attack speed, move speed, or something else. Also has a Snipe revolving around/perched on you)
12. Roasted Snipes
13. Snipe hunting/hide-and-go-seek
14. Snipe Easter egg hunt (Or just a normal egg hunt)
SPECIAL: If enough ideas are implemented, maybe a Snipe town

TRINKETS
Just had a thought - Snipe trinkets.
They'd work just like most other trinks, but you'd have a snipe graphic on your character model when you have them equipped. Maybe flying around your head or perched on your shoulder.
Buy them with Snipe coins, earned by participating in Snipe games. :P

actually i remember back in the VERY VERY VERY VERY early preview of spiral knight, the snipes ARE very ANNOYING! they literally copy what you say a few seconds ago like;

I think that having Snipe
I think that having Snipe pets would be cool.
They could be rare drops (off of ANY enemy). Depending on what enemy it dropped from, it would be of a different color.
So a pink Snipe from Slimes.
Yellow one from Beasts.
Etc.
Could also have color variations from the different types of a monster group.
These would basically be cosmetic. You'd have the Snipe following you around.
They would make great tradeables.

Snipe emotes!
I love the idea of having more emotes involving snipes such as petting them. I don't know how having them help us during fights would work out though. I'm also up for snipe races! Perhaps it can be another King Krogmo Coliseum event?

They control the "Strangers" by looking as cute as possible, so the Strangers protect them and feed them, the snipes however do nothing in return.
With the help of their psionic abilities they propel themselves off the ground by using a bunch of their feathers as a rotor.

You notice a lot of strangers have snipers on their head?well they are controlling them.Snipes will over run the knights and take over havens.But basil have no snipe because the snipes were already controlling all of his species so he gets out and into clockworks to help any knights and in return they give him shinies.

Seasonal Event
- Snipe Easter Egg Hunt. Find Snipe eggs hidden in the clockworks. If snipe token is implemented, exchange the eggs for tokens.
- Snipe Tower Defense (with a twist). The snipe kids are heading home from school along a winding road, and monsters and gun puppies appeared! Team up and defend the snipe kids, patrol and road and protect them along the way. The player's goal is to let as many snipe kids as possible to enter snipe town (at the end of the road). Disclaimer: no snipes are hurt in the game. They fly away when monsters get too close.

Finally people who are nice to snipes
FINALLY AFTER ALL THEST un..... SECONDS. There are finally a few people who agree that snipes should have some usage like being a pet or something. Though i doubt everybody will agree with this (see my subject as an example http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/20924 ) Many people say snipes are bad luck or something. About the armor and stuff, if getting the feather from the snipe involved killing it then no thanks. There should be a place to "shear" them and get some feathers. How are you going to make a snipe bomb? Keep on feeding the snipe until it explodes??? Snipe races, snipes don't seem to listen that well.Snipe Cape, thats one poor flat snipe. Snipe weapon, whats the snipe going to do?, peck the enemy to death? Then you would have to hope that the enemy is allergic to snipes or something. Snipe gun, you gonna shoot a snipe outta a cannon?

Pokesnipe. Catch snipes in the wild and train them for battle. Breed snipes to create hybrid snipes with unique abilities. Compete in the Snipe Colliuseum against other Pokesnipes for grand prizes.

I know I may be thinking along the line of Legend of Zelda, but I just couldn't resist!
it would feel like since that snipes are something greatly cherished in haven, yet they are modest, when some knights do attack them, they will fly to a near by stranger, and that stranger.....could either duel the knight....... or chase the knight out of the town.....or just put up the price/or don't sell at all.

we might as well have a petting zoo. =) full of snipes. =)=). where we can feed them and herd them and play with them . =)=)=)
