Titans as monsters? (Please read!)

Okay so you have heard of a titan gate correct? Here is a pic: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2ch2hs3&s=7 . It appears as it has magical physic abilities forming a sphere aroudn its head, it also appears as it has only one eye like a clyclops or something. I am just wondering if this has anything to do with a ''previously living race'' of monsters that who may have had their own physic powers(weak to peircing? or shadow?). They possibly could have owned the Jelly Palace before it was taken over by slimes? Here is a picture of a statue we all commonly see look at it closly : http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=rit3wj&s=7 . It has arms like the titan pic, only one eye, and is holding a sword of some sword (Troika line possibly??)(although it appears to have ear like stuctures...) How could a titan get into a stone formation though, or maybe it was carved to honor one? We all know the Konjuring kat right? What if their dark ritual was to imprision Titans(and other creatures?) into a stone formation? (Although there are gun puppy statues found everywhere? Maybe the kats turned them into stone because kats and dogs don't get along :P? lol). Sorry for wasting your time if I am I was just curious about this and its one of my theroys, and I would love to hear theroys of yours!

EDIT: I meant to mention that there are many ''eyes'' found throughout SK some examples include: curse icon,statues, a symbol that appears in gravitron type bombs, and other places aswell(Please let me know if you see more ''eyes'' aswell!)

I never even looked at those statues as models of living beings, extinct or otherwise. I always considered them to be completely abstract sculptures... Although I always wondered if the engraved eye was a subtle reference to early Zelda games, where strange cyclops statues occasionally played a part in dungeon puzzles.

Yes, I am thinking that....
The ''eye'' has to be a secret conspirarcy of something, they are only found on things that seem they are magical or hidden. Trojans turn into stone after they are defeated, so could this whole race of monsters been exterminated from their palace? I may just be a little to imaginative but I thought it was interesting......

If they had the same traits as trojans, in that they turned to stone after defeated, that would be rather cool. Would be cool to have either a new fiend type or a fiend boss for T3.

Eyes on weapons
Also on all of the Sealed sword lines you can see the eye on either the blade itself or near the hilt. We also get the Sealed Sword from killing Jelly King, which leads me to believe that the Titans were taken over by the jellies and Jelly King now is in possession of their weapons. So maybe there were "holy" titans that used the Avenger line, and "unholy" ones that used the Faust, while all the others would use Troikas.
The description of Ancient Plate Mail is "A suit of artifact armor that is said to have been worn by titans. Though it offers amazing protection, its incredible weight makes it cumbersome to wear." so perhaps the titans were taken down a long time ago, and the Jellies just came in for the spoils of war.

maybe the titans will be mosters. maybe cyclopes. thats the eye stuff.

Now that I think about, the Troika is an ancient looking weapon, and since your theories suggest that the "Titans" are an ancient race, that makes me think that the Troika's were once much more refined blades of this ancient race used in battle. Perhaps Titans are pretty big and a Troika is like using a Calibur for them?

Yes big like lumbers but a little smaller was my view...it also says *SPOILER********* That when you get to the core the litenent says there is no way Gremlins could build the clockworks alone. Maybe Titans helped them? Or possibly..... those arent even the titans but instead the crimsion order, and the eye is their sacred symbol.......

Found out the Eye re-occurs
Found out the Eye re-occurs on the hilt of the Cold Iron Carver & Vanquisher, although the one on the Vanquisher looks more like a one-eyed skull.
Also, it doesnt necessarily mean something. For example: The legend of Zelda is also loaded with one-eyed bosses artifacts etc. etc.

Since this thread is now alive, I may as well point out that the titans might have something to do with the Swarm. The eye sure seems familiar after all... Hell, probably everything emblazoned with that eye draws power from or has to do with the Swarm.
Could also just be a motif Ian uses, but whatever.

We already know that trojans are dead knights.
Titans could have helped the gremlins, but they would have to be related to the core, which is implied to have created cradle originally, and likely the foundation for the clockworks.
But yes, the amount of eyes does seem cryptic. Gj putting all that together, and I definitely see the connection between the jelly palace and eyes.

i never put much thaught in to it but we see eyes on gate simbles, bombs, swords, statuses, and danger levels i think it is a symble of danger and or power

They should be creatures made of stone, (size of arkus) with spikes on thier shoulders with 1 eye on its head. It should have a sealed sword in its back (with the green seal and paper if in T2 if in T3 a faust in an SL and a DA anywhere else) it should hold a shield about the size of an ironmight plate shield but instead of a blue crown sign put the curse eye and they should be hit in the sword on thier back to defeat but they should behave a little like seerus (they dash and drop a grav bomb (sucks you in and does curse to you) then an electron charge (sucks you in and shocks you) then another grav bomb, and for a sword they hold its a sudaruska style sword and he attacks like arkus (one horizontal attack that makes 3 spikes come outta the ground) and in T2 itll have a green aura inside the sword with a old sealed sword green aura on the outside , in T3 itll be orange on the inside with an avenger aura and in an SL itll be a purple aura inside with a faust (not gran) aura outside. also make a SL for titans itll be the RJP but different level design (same type of blocks used to build the level) and itll be curse themed. And in a ? elevator screen, one of the options should be titan level like, the arkus level theme plays (boss stage theme not boss battle theme) and same RJP environment and titans, trojans, curse slags, tortdrones and a new curse wolver (behaves like a wolver but curses) should be the enemies in it. And there should be mist that if you walk into, it shows how the gremlins and jellys imprisoned the titans in the core with tinkinzar to watch them. but the ones you fight managed to escape the aunslaught. Titans will be strong against all swords (no matter what stats it is itll only be hurt by a calubur sword line even CIC and CIV swords) They will not be like trojans always defending, they will be like seerus. For a titan boss
basicly a big titan with the sword I mentioned but like the sudaruska it has floating rocks with an aura in it, the rocks of the titan will be floating with a purple aura (for SL) There should be a titan boss for every titan gate.....its what I explained but an orange aura inside it.and if you reach the core from a T3/SL titan boss itll be open and you go inside and fight tinkinzar. its an arena with jellies gremlins and titans (all kinds of each enemy) and each arena you fight all the bosses in the game 1 by 1, after one arena floor you go onto the healing/prize room then onto the next arena, after all the arenas you fight tinkinzar, he looks like this: http://www.google.com/imgres?q=tinkinzar&hl=en&sa=X&tbm=isch&prmd=imvnsf... copy paste that into your search bar. and he has a mending staff hammer bombs and flame thrower, he heals all the gremlins around him, he is strong to every sword in the game exept for a levi, no CIC lines. no matter what stats (like the titans) tinkinzar should have atleast 50000 health, (FSC slags have 2500 health EXACTLY ive counted :>) When hes almost dead he deploys rockets everywhere to blow up cradle with everyone. but when some rockets fall part of the stage comes up and its the alpha squad trapped and you save them you have to go up all the 29 depths of the clockworks,youre timed 10 mins to RUNNN!!!. no enemys just RUN! and when you get to haven no one is there, a ship is waiting for you, explosions are everywhere and you get on the ship you go back to your home planet, thats your new subtown and the story will continue from there....everyone who hasnt escaped is still in haven but just you moved to a new subtown....EPIC HUH??????????????

Yeah, I already realised the troika part of the statue, but i passed it off as some other small stuff they put into the game like gremlins all the way in tiny spots of background and whatnot.

Sorry to keep this going, but since a bunch of other knights have chimed in with useless whining, I don't see a problem with it...
I wasn't around the forums when this was originally posted, so I'm not disgusted by this necro at all. I think it's funny that some people on here act like it's the end of the world when something like this gets necro'd. I mean, yeah, when someone takes a post that's obviously obsolete (like chiming in about a weapons/armor discussion that has already been patched, i.e. AP/Sentenza, etc.) I can understand the facepalm. But consider this:
If I was to make a post about something like this Titan speculation, I would use the search function. It would yield this result. If what I had to say fit in this post, and had not yet been stated, why is it such an offense to put in the word? Or would the whiners here RATHER people make a new thread about the exact same topic, even though this one exists?
All I'm saying is that it is more annoying for some of us to waste our time reading posts from the "regulars" whining about a necro, or a "wrong subforum" than to read an interesting discussion that has been added to. Also, popular opinion has spoken. This is indeed an interesting topic for many of us who didn't read it the first time around. It just seems like egotistical wanking to complain about it for the sake of letting everyone know how "oldschool" you are or something. Maybe I'm just old, but it just seems childish and it discourages the introverts from sharing with the community.
TL;DR: Titans are kew. That is all. :D

Cradle might as well be Planet Frankenstein.
The Titans were the ones that wanted Cradle built in the first place. Commissioned some of our Ancient brethren to whip up a schematic and deal with the more technical stuff. Morpheus helped us secure a power source, but the energy signature it gave out was so strong it still managed to escape the thousands of layers of this planet.
Attracted a lot more harm than good.
Not much is documented that us Gremlins can still understand, even our own language is a mystery to us most of the time.
All we know is they're asleep, somewhere in Cradle.
And you don't want to wake them up.

But regarding the statue, It looks more to me like it is wering a horned helmet, to signify dominance and authority. And it is holding the sword, resting blade down into the ground. The pose makes it look like it is(or was) guarding something (or someone) who may or may not be involved with the core, but that's stretching a little bit too far, into the nevergonnahappen range.
