Hello,

I would like to point out that it is extremely hard for me to sell any of my 5 star gear due to the broken unbind system. In its current state, buyers are wary of buying bound gear because they are scarred that people will run with their crowns or CE. This is a valid concern and many people have already been scammed. This is the sixth time a buyer has walked away AFTER having agreed to the price for the item SOLELY because I did not have the 4k CE to unbind the item myself.

Please fix this system. Not only does this reduce the amount of work your gamemasters have to do, going through all the scam complaints, it helps the honest sellers in selling their gear.

I also have been telling people that I will give them a mail receipt indicating to game masters that check that such a transaction has occurred. If I did scam the buyer, the mail receipt would indicate the nature of the trade and the time it took place, enough proof to ban me if I did scam them. However, people in general still do not believe that game masters do take these scams seriously and ban offenders. I have several people I know that have been scammed, have reported it to the game masters and have had nothing done to help them.

There are two choices: fix the unbind system or take these scams seriously in order to not make it acceptable for the community to do this.

There's nothing to fix. If you want to sell something quickly, unbind it first. If you can't unbind it, don't expect to sell it quite so easily. Just because one claims to be legitimate doesn't mean they are; words are just that - words. In fact, I'm glad you had several persons walk away from a deal they thought was shifty [even if it was sincere]. At the very least, it means that players are thinking which is always a good thing.

Also, if you want anything to be fixed, you should think of or suggest a solution. This applies to everything. Otherwise, you're simply complaining and that's not very helpful to anyone.

lol they offer the unbinding

lol they offer the unbinding service but make it hard to use because of the unbinding fee. this idea undermines that and basically reverts back to before 5/17 when upgrading bound equipment didnt auto bind to you

Its been suggested to have unbinding done during a trade- where you can click and say 'unbind' or something, and then have the seller do the unbinding. I vote for this.

Put a slot in trade where it saids "bound item"

You can put an item in there, but it cannot be traded

Now when you're doing your trade, there will be a check box that saids "Unbind their item" which, when checked, means after the deal is done, it adds on by taking an extra amount from you, equal to the unbind cost.

So example

I have 10,000 CE
You have an Item that's 5 star (4000 CE unbind)

You put an item in that slot
I put 6,000 CE in trade, and check it off
We both accept.

I now have 0 CE, because the 6000 went to the person, and 4000 was taken from me automatically as I paid for their Unbind (which for a 5star is 4000).
