Greetings my fellow knights! If you like a promising clan that's dedicated to its members and of course, to give you the maximizing MMO experience in Spiral Knights then this clan is for you! We are a family-friendly guild that is looking for new knights to join in our missions to reach the opened core gate, having a blast in lockdown and literally everything in between. The clan seeks to gather a diverse group of players to take on what the clockworks have in store. Will you rise to the call? If you do like what you hear, feel free to post us an application ^^.

What we are:

We're a group of literate members that play Spiral Knights. We're pretty open when it comes to accepting new members that are also literate and able to contribute to discussions.

We pride ourselves in our ability to stick together and tough out any situation that comes along. We are active in all the major ladder sites and have one of the best records in history. The Dragon Knights continue to get stronger. You won't find a better, tougher, or more professional bunch of guys and gals then those you see here.

Despite being a casual guild, we're serious about your ability to fight.

Mature and intelligent. Even though we start the tavern fight sometimes, we are a chivalrous and knightly bunch.

Casual and fun. We don't hold schedules and meetings, and "do stuff when people are online."

Our goal:

To grow as a guild,

To improve ourselves as players in both skill and equipment,

To excel in supporting our guild mates and community,

To form quality friendships that last beyond this game, and

To have fun playing Spiral Knights.

Please note: We don't care whether you're rocking 5-star Vog gear or a 0-star Spiral Sallet. What matters to us, above all else, is your personality, activity and dedication for the future.

In-Game Guild Rules:

First item Act with civility while you carry the guild name.
Strictly no begging, or harassment of other members of the guild.
No slurring, racial or otherwise.
Do not spam guild chat, or use it to discuss touchy topics like politics or religion.
Be respectful and courteous to other players, this includes people outside the guild.
Don't be a troll or feed the trolls.
Respect all guild members, we grow as a team. Not individuals.

Requirements:

You must show Patience, Honor, Integrity, and the willingness to work and function as a Team.
Be honorable. Don't talk trash, be useless in a party, beg, spam, hate, troll, etc etc. As a member you'll be the face of our guild to Haven, and we want you to be a good representation of what we stand for.
Maturity, of course
You must not be Deceptive.
You must show some exceptional positive combat attributes, such as understanding the situation, working with the rest of the party, and not just running head-first into chambers and rooms. Remember, we always work as a team!
Be willing to learn. We want you to take something out of this guild, and what we offer is knowledge of how to not suck at Spiral Knights in general.
Last but not least, You must be here to have fun!

Note: We ask you must be a fun and respectful gamer, to myself, to each other, and to the other players of Spiral Knights. This means, do not hinder or harm any other person's gaming experience. It also means that you must show me, Dracowrath, my due respect as Guild Master and also for my hard work in Rescue Camp, using only 1 character on my 1st try from the beginning of the game, to set up the Dragon Knights Guild. It costs quite a bit of Crowns and Crystal Energy to make this happen, and i have done many journeys into the Training Mission in order to accomplish this.

More Notes: Even if you don't meet the first requirement, we will make an exception for the right knight. Upon being accepted into Dragon Knights, you will remain a Recruit until I or the other GM judge you worthy of promotion based on your ability to fight. If you wish to be promoted to member status or higher, you will be required to sign up on our community clan site which we will message you in-game with full instructions on what to do.

About the leader:

Howdy, my IGN is Dracowrath, I am a college student from England, UK. I have leaded a clan from there for years, finally expanding to this one. So yes, I have a lot of experience as a leader. I prefer leading in a structured style, however I will not force any strict or strange rules down on anyone. I have been playing SK for about a month now, and have tier 3 access.

What other mmos have you played?Not sure if these are mmos, but I have played maplestory and minecraft.

How often do you play? Once at normal days, twice at holidays, each time roughly an hour.
What's your strongest skill in-game? I guess this question is what's the weapon of my choice, well it's swords, but I also do freeze bombing to compliment it.
What other mmos have you played? Many... I think my top favorite is Team Fortress 2.

Have you ever had experience with another guild? Went into some guild in SK, appearantly it was a very unorganized guild of beggars, and I left it very quickly. Other than SK, I was definitely in other guilds, and I reached decent ranks, the highest being an equivelant to Veteran (if serious).
Why do you want to join our guild? I like the system in the guild, where ranks actually have importance. I also like the "literate" part, and I do like contributing to conversations.
What is your favorite chocolate and why? Any mixture of Dark/Milk Chocolate, and never White, because White is just too sweet. When Dark and Milk get mixed, you get the perfect balance of sweet and bitter. (I do understand this is an unserious question, but I do like chocolate, so you have no excuse >:/ )
About yourself: It's complicated. There's a lot to me than I can explain in a simple "About yourself" thing. Just for the sake of it, I'll summarize it to this: An intelligent, coherent person that is always willing to grow better. I have a very long fuse, and people generally give up before I blow up at them (AKA I don't feed trolls)

About yourself: I like collecting things, this shows itself as a desire to collect every recipe and weapon in SK. I love games with a team aspect. I'm also obsessed with efficiency so I try to get every possible resource out of levels and use ME before it's fully refilled. I've done quite a bit of organization for player groups. I also have college and a job though so don't expect me to be able to put forth a massive amount of time for SK. I'm also trying to keep the game free so you'll have to be a little patient. :)

About yourself: I am a writer and full-time student going into I.T. My current writing project, DarkWatch (http://www.darkwatchinstitute.webs.com) has had its first episode published in a magazine last month and the official website should be going live in the near future with the first web-based episode premiering January 2, 2012. So, that's kinda exciting.

In game, I'm fairly new, but I am familiar with the general gameplay. All of my gear right now is 0-star, but with the right group of people I think I'll have an easier time progressing. Also, I have an irrational hatred of Wolvers. I'm also familiar with party dynamics in action-heavy games such as this, mostly through logging a ridiculous amount of time with Phantasy Star Online and Diablo II. Sometimes you might catch me on Quake Live or Battlefield Play-4-Free, but not too often anymore now that I'm in school.

Why do you want to join our guild? It sounds like a lot of fun. You guys aren't too big, but you're not super small either. You have a set of concrete rules that, among other things, promote teamwork and a positive attitude.

About yourself: I am a college student in Minnesota who absolutely loves to run, talk, eat, sleep, listen to music, play music on the guitar, and a whole bunch of other stuff. I just recently started playing this game again after not playing for a couple months and decided I wanted to start fresh. So, new account and character it is! My previous character was T3 with a full LD set and PvE set, so I definitely have a good amount of experience in this game already. My strongest skill in game: Swordsman.

MMOs I have played: Runescape, Runes of Magic, Sherwood Dungeon. I mainly play shooting games, but Spiral Knights is an exception.

Experience with other guild: Yes, used to be with Aenigma and Extra Flirty Bits. There were others, which I left within a day or two.

Why I want to join: I would like to find a family within Spiral Knights where I can ask for advice. I also would like to get to play with some more dependable players, rather than always having to go in pick-up groups.

Favourite chocolate: I like all chocolate tbh. When it comes to treats and food, I don't have favourites, because anything that is good is good to me.

About myself: Started playing this game late 2011/early 2012 ish. I consider myself to have decent skill. I am not filthy rich in the game, and do not have the widest arsenal, but am capable of working just about any stratum with what I have.
