On a Critical Hit, this weapon sends out shadow projectiles that can curse the enemy
Can still collect heads
-Lowers Max Health by 20
-45% Swing Speed
No Random Critical Hits
The Mad Bomber Mask
Elite Spiral Knights use this helm to show off their prowess with bombs and keep out mind control waves. This doesn't stop haunted swords.
...I couldn't help myself. People who play both games and understand what I did get an automatically redeemed cookie.

Anyway, those stuffs will not enter the game as unique items.
First, valve too lazy for this.
Second, the items idea itself belongs to 3rings. So its some copyright things, or whatever.
And tons of other causes.
Maybe some kind of event between SK and TF2 could have a chance, i'd gave away it...

Valve isn't really lazy. They're just thorough and meticulous. But yes, they would need OOO's permission to put it in the game, like thew Spiral Sallet. And Buckdida, you win +100 internets. =)
Demoman does not know how to use Mad Bomber set.
