Being a heavy Gran Faust user, this has annoyed me for some time, but with the advent of (common) curse-afflicting monsters, it will annoy basically everyone.

If you use a charge attack and are cursed any time before you release the charge, then quickly start a new charge before hitting the "idle" animation (very common for bombers or Brandish users), your weapon display will not update as to whether it is cursed or not. You have no way of telling whether your current weapon is cursed unless you let go of everything and let it update.

This also applies to switching weapons. You can buffer a weapon switch during any action, but until it's fully completed and you're back to idle, your weapon will not switch. However, your switch is still buffered, so for example:

I charge my Radiant Sun Shards, release them, and during the animation switch to my Shivermist Buster. I want to quickly go into a Shivermist charge, but instead I get another Sun Shards. Now, you'd expect for the weapon switch to be cancelled, but if at any point during this chain I go back to idle, I will get Shivermist Buster.

Definitely. This "feature" of buffering weapon switch actions - but only if you go completely idle - has been an extremely irritating thorn in my side. Please, please, someone make it go away.

I can't count the number of times I've switched weapons to start a charge attack, only to start charging a millisecond too soon and get "stuck" on the previous weapon.
