Heres something I have found very annoying and probable when playing with 4 people.
You have to wait for everyone in order to continue on to the next level.

Now this isn't annoying when people are active and are actually on their way... Thats not annoying.

WHAT IS annoying is that when people suffer problems with their computer they are frozen and not active...
You must be thinking So KICK THEM...

Thats Right I will kick them... But what happens When that person is the LEADER of the party???
Oh dear we have a problem.
you can't kick them, And you can't really leave, well you can But what if you have made SOO much progress???

Now Im suggesting That all 3 players vote to kick the leader off, and if a majority wins... The leader is gone.

Has this been suggested before?

Well their is a way! Solo! If

Well their is a way!
Solo!
If your not to that Tier than what are you doing their?
If you got invite by the Leader then your the one that Chose to go! (your Fault)
But their is a Way to keep going on!
2 Ways Acctuly!

1: If the Leader is DC get on the Elivator as a Team!
2: Solo and go your own Way!

And if you are T1 and when to T3 then your nuts!
Dont go if you cant do it!
one Step at a time.
I think this is a Bad Impresion to others so i would Consider thinking about Altunatives instead of kicking Leader!
After all.
He was their First and your Joined!

If you want to be the Leder than Solo at the Elivator and go down Solo!
Then you can invite others!
Even if your lose heat!
You want a Slow Party!
Or A Fast party!

Just think about this!
You may and may not get people Agreeing with you!

Majority wins? WHAT?! I got here first >:( and now a bunch of my own team mates would kick me for what? If you join a newbie and you want a serious run, go solo and make your own. Especially when their computer freezes, it's the best time to go solo and drag the rest of the party with you. If you join a party, be ready to risk your butt with them. Or else go solo. Sorry, but it's -1 for me.

First! Except not really.

I actually made a topic on this a few days ago, and was too lazy to bother keeping it updated. But I do support having some way of giving the party power over the leader.

@Heavy-Duty
"I got here first", unfortunately, does not necessarily apply to all leaders. Take the following scenario: You are with a rather competent party, with an experienced leader, preparing to go down through the Roarmulus Twins gate. The second player in the party is pretty inexperienced, but you're all willing to put up with him so long as he doesn't do anything stupid. Unfortunately, some issue arises that contrives to remove your current leader from your party sometime, leaving you with the inexperienced player as the party leader. Perhaps he, unlike the rest of the party, was interested in Basil. Maybe he forgot he needed energy. Maybe he really wanted that Prismatic Halo which he just got outbid on. Maybe his monitor exploded, sending spaghetti flying everywhere. Who knows. Maybe you'll get a good fourth party member, that would be nice.

You can guess where this is going. The new leader seems like a decent guy at first; dies a fair bit, but so does everyone else starting T2. But it turns out, the player is a total pants-on-head idiot that likes to hits switches because it makes the pretty colors change. You're halfway through the second boss depth, and would prefer to have another player without as backup. The problem? You can't kick the leader. That much is obvious. Now, you suggest going solo and starting another party. But wait! You're in the middle of the Ironclaw Lag Factory, and don't want to end up eating missiles for lunch! And if you go solo now, the party is restricted, meaning you can't invite anyone! So what do you do? Go through ILF with a leader that actively sabotages the party's chance at success, or go through ILF with lag that actively sabotages your chances of success?

@Kupoo True. However, the party leader is just another team mate. He gives no special orders, he just kicks people (watch out for nubs!), so if this inexperienced guy came along, and went through your enigmatic Ironclaw Lag Factory, wouldn't you find a safespot to start a new party? By the way, what boss is at that place? Is it anywhere the Munitions? That probably explains the lag. You know, they should remove the Lag Factory. It keeps interfering with the Munitions Factory...

So... why not implement a go

So... why not implement a go solo feature that locks the party (keeps the old situation) but also gives the option to invite your fellow party members along with you, like in the mid-towns?

Would be free of charge (joining normally costs another 10 energy) and would allow you to keep the old party minus the leader.

tl;dr Make going solo available to 2-3 players at the same time.
