Also with that said, if you are generating "infinite crowns" using an elevator pass, would the amount needed to get 100 CE really be holding you back? 10,000 cr per 100 CE doesn't sound like it'll be far off. It'd actually be alot higher than that if more and more people are running elevator passes.

But truthfully raising the price of the pass to $9.95 and making it tradable would help the F2P players and OOO...while still allowing P2P players to gain quite a bit. Don't be surprised if the $5.95 price is only promotional and the non-promotional elevator passes will be costing $9.95 in the future =)

Unlimited Crowns would Mean that there Are more than 24 Hours in a Day and also that People don't value their Time at all. Since the Day only has 24 Hours and generally People like to Eat and Sometimes Sleep two, i Would Say that there will not be anyone with Infinite Crowns. Also Sometimes people have Other Things to do besides play spiral Knights and so They wont just Play sk all day so there is another reason that there Will Not be Infinite Crowns.

The 2% transaction charge on currency exchanges models the real world very well, if it were the real world I would have said the 2% is playing government taxes and for the infrastructure. Like in the real world you are free to not use the exchange and instead go out on to the street and try to sell.

At the end of the day it is not 3 rings who is ripping you off, it is P2P customers demanding more crowns in return for their CE, they can do this because the high demand. Of course if you did get enough people to strike, that might in itself be enough to lower the price due to reduced demand. However it would snap back when people started playing again.

At the end of the day you have 3 options, Don't Play, Pay for Energy, or pay the market price.

That's why it is called a "saying" because you can say that the sentence has ended with no further discourse on the matter. In print the actual dot at the end of a sentence that performs that function is called a period but when we print it it is just a dot.

It's like people who go ahead and say the last word of an acronym after spelling out the entire acronym. It's redundant, superfluous and makes the receiving party suspect ignorance on your part. If that's your intent, great; otherwise, consider it constructive criticism and make some revisions to your vernacular and print.

Guys, the expression ".... Period." is obviously idiomatic. Its function is to emphasize the speaker's point --- to indicate how strongly he feels, that he has captured the essence of the matter. Native speakers of English use this, and weirder expressions, all the time. Language doesn't follow a small set of logical rules perfectly.

CE prices have gone way too high and so we want to get the prices down! I have already started a group of people that will help spread the word. I want to get community members to stand up and help fight this battle! Spiral Knights community members that read this will know of one problem.
(CE in the ah CE is sold on the market, not in the auction house:

We sell for 5500 cr and we get 4950 cr. this is simply not true. This is a 10% fee, which is for the auction house. The fee at the energy market is 2%. This means you would get 5390 cr

We find that the system is ripping us off. then don’t use the system. Nobody is forcing you to.

The CE is also double bonding what the hell does this mean? as when someone buys CE it goes to two people. this is not true at all. When you buy CE, you get it all. Also, ‘it goes to two people?’ Do you even speak English? The customer gets 100 CE. The seller gets 4950 cr. They rip us off 100 CE for every 200 CE! Where the hell did this come from? We thought it acted as a triangle but as the price rise has gone up we find that this was a lie. I don’t understand your triangle. Did you ever take geometry? Also, I’m not sure what the parentheses around this "paragraph as a bunch of separate lines" are for, but I assume you have a legitimate reason for them so I’m leaving them alone)

Today it says 7000 cr! if the cost is currently 7000cr, why are you using 5500 as an example? Also, the price is actually around 6600, not 7000.

I think we need to give people a chance to actually play the game! This is what mist is for. You can do everything there is to do in this game. It just takes longer with higher prices. In a Vanaduke run you can make 8000 cr for a full run of tier 3. In a Jelly King run you make 5000 cr. The 7000 cr means people are all doing Vana runs! Or a lot of them are. A lot of people are also doing jelly runs. And snarby runs. Where is the 7000 from? Is there something wrong with doing Vanaduke runs? 8000 cr means that most of them are doing Vanaduke runs! wait, 7000 has turned into 8000. Interesting.. This will take a lot of time to make gear! Yes, this is kind of annoying. Possibly the first thing you’ve said that I agree with.

7000 cr x 8 CE = 56000 cr OK, this is just plain wrong. It costs roughly 7000cr for 100ce, not for each ce.

Cr price 8 x 100 CE is the total at the end of this line! So please try to bring prices down! Tell others your price for CE and sell it outside the energy system! This is exactly what many people do. The rich people will be greedy! So will the poor. I mean, look at all the people begging instead of doing levels. Probably saying something here to annoy others to stop you from trying as they want more! This makes no sense. You should remove it.

I dare you to listen to them! They want 7000 cr and someone might sell for 5000 cr! They make 2000 cr profits! Excuse me. You sell 7000cr for 5000cr and make a profit? Please take a class in arithmetic. That is what they want! Profit for free to get better gear! Please think carefully here as this may make your choices vary in many ways! Could you expand on this a little? But dont put anyone down, as it is not fair! Insulting people is only unfair if you expect them to talk nicely to you.
