Its charged attack will not shoot blades but will create 1 big explosion ( like a bigger version of 3* sealed charge, but with great pushback. well it will be almost a bomb). U can hit enemy twice with its charge : 1st hit with swing and 2nd with explosion which will cause pushback, damage and RANDOM effect (Fair chance).And there no chance of inflicting effect with 2nd hit in normal combo. Still not named it so feel free to.

but i think making it split ellemental/normal will just make it a DA with an other charge :D
would be cool to make it a piercing sword (but how to justify it) seeing there are no heavy piercing swords, and the normal damage heavy swords kinda suck.
Being a continuation of the sealed sword i think the most reasonable damage type would be normal, kinda lame if you ask me (i'd still get it anyways).
If OOO were ever to make this I think it will most likely deal normal damage.
I never said it will do split damage. Normal OR elemental. Or maybe Piercing/normal but i heard ppl dont like it for some reasons (personally i dont mind at all). Actually it will be better to make it a full normal i guess.
Always been wanting this. As for damage type: pure normal. I wouldn't welcome any other damage type. (And piercing wouldn't make any sense.)

Troika users, a normal heavy sword, are hard to find and I know a rainbow with random status sounds cool but it might not be worthy.
It will endup being a weapon for shows, like wild hunting blade, but not a good popular choice for swordsmen.
For example u hoped to curse oilers but got them burrning al the way and wuz forced to retreat...So u need to react...Not just spam ur da blades...And why u compare wh blade and thoose flourishez to sealed? WH hav nice animations and stun/fire flourishez just suc (Maybe... i never tested them)but they dont hav random effects and pushing explosions. And troika suc not because its bad but because its charge attack suc now ( heard it wuz nerfed ).Theese swords are not unique and easily replaceable with other better weaps with same effects. No no u r not right Juances...And there alot of fine Boring yet powerful swords for swordsmen to use already.

anyway ive been thinking a lot about this sword, and this are my ideas
Since the Faust and Avenger charge attack are pretty much the same (im talkin about the 4 star ones) i dont see why the 4star version of this sword shouldnt be the same as well.
Both Divine Avenger and Gran Faust charge attacks features flying swords differing from their 4 star ones. Gran fausts now is a bigger sword that explodes and Divine Avenger splits in three swords that hits multiple times.
This sword is all about cousing a random effect, so what i suggest for the charge attack is a bigger sword, bigger than the one from a Gran Faust, but it doesnt moves. Instead it stays for a little time like printed in the floor and with the environmental effect of the vaporizers affecting all the monsters that step into the area.
Well its almost the same thing i suggested...But sword shaped floor mark? C'mon it SHOULD be ROUND man. Better use the basic 3* sealed Circle instead http://wiki.spiralknights.com/images/8/8c/Sealed_Sword_Charge.png (bigger of course). But still vaporized curse will be megapower ( if it work like vapo and will last for 5 sec cursing everything whats inside...URFACE GODDAMNIT! Tats one hell of a sudden ownage!).
As a note, vaporizers cause the minor version of the condition. If you ever bring a curse vial from T1 into later tiers you can notice that their curse is much less super powered than the strong curse caused by (gran) Faust.
That said I post this in every 5* sealed thread, who knows maybe i will eventualy put it in its own thread.
I am quite fond of how sealed swords charge attack can apply any status.
So I would like a sealed sword style 4* and 5* versions, they would deal normal damge.
Trickster Blade: 4* star would be fairly basic, charge attack has a higher chance to cause status and/or a larger aoe, and it would have 4 star damage.
Sly Trickster Blade: The big changes would happen at 5 star. The second attack would have a low/very low chance of causing a random status, but the charge attack would be much different. Each charge attack would cause a different effect with possible status infliction as follows.
Curse: Creates a purple phantom blade akin to a Faust, the blade does not launch out but instead spins 360 around the point were the charge attack hits. This phantom blade deals shadow damage and can cause curse.
Fire: Creates a series of explosions in a cross shape, like a blast network bomb. These explosions cause elemental damage and can cause fire.
Ice: A cone of damage akin to a frozen shamblers breath attack going forward from the player. Causes shadow damage and can cause Freeze
Stun: A series of spike randomly burst from the ground, like a giant lichen colony’s spike roots. Causes piercing damage and can cause stun.
Poison: A set of spikes like from the charge attack of the snarble line of swords, these spikes can cause poison and do piercing damage.
Shock: Causes a small haze like a static capacitor or lightning capacitor, causes elemental damage and can cause shock.
I said sword shaped area becouse gran faust and divine avenger have hologram swords as charge attack, you know to keep the tradition
I think a sword shaped area would do great because it would be long enough to reach the monster you would generally try to hit with a charge attack, and is narrow so it wouldnt look so overpowered. The sword thing area wouldnt last as long as the vaporizer´s well vapor.

Ur idea is tooo complicated .Animation for all stats = alot of work for devs + laggs ingame. What about Stat effects caused by 5* sealed...They all Strong with Fair chance. And curse will still be somewhat rare (but i hope they will make chance of causing curse alittle bit higher coz i raised my sealed to lvl 10 and still didnt cursed anymob with it).

there is zero reason it would make lag, as for alot of work for devs, well thats sort of why everyone one of those is stealing an animation thats already in the game.

If by "all" you mean gran faust (the only 5* sealed that cuases a status), then yes, and it caries the risk of self infliction on the charge attack. and only has one atempt (or maybe more cus it can sometimes multi hit with the charge). The chances to cause status with the second swing seams to be lower than the fair from the charge attack (though thats just from observing others), dont know what the strength of the second swing curse is, but i think its the same. Hazes however have minor version of their status because they hit continuosly and rapidly over time their life time, making them almost garentied to cause there status against anything that is not imune to it.
They all ( effects , caused by sealed sword with five stars) are strong (effect time extended) and they (effects) all have FAIR chance of being caused with single hit of charged attack made with 5* sealed. Now u got it, Frosty? And stop talking about second hit of normal combo. It must not cause any effects coz there no risk to be affected with Sealed's charged as it is with Faust's charged....there just no need for it.
Yeh so there two lines of making it balanced:
1) charged attack (after a powerful swing) create 1 big explosion ( as i suggested) which cause random strong effect with fair chance
2) charged attack = powerful swing + "something on the ground" that will work like vaporized mist which cause random effect ( Good chance of causing minor random effect)
And no chanse to cause effects with second hit of norm combo
It will do only normal or only elemental damage. P.S. Add pushback to Iron slug...Its bullets doesnt pierce targets, so they kick them hard instead.
