The High Stun will be helpful for absorbing Vanaduke's mace hits (as well as lumbars elsewhere) and the Low Elemental is not wasted because it will stack with the shields already formidable Elemental defense. The damage faced in FSC is Normal (Vanaduke's mace, Slag Guards, and Trojans), Elemental, Fire, and Shadow (Zombies). That is why the Grey Owlite (5* version of this shield) is so popular for FSC runs.

The Glacius (5* Ice Brandish) is widely viewed as the best Brandish for running FSC due to that added control that Strong freeze provides. Pair this with the most popular FSC armor, Vog set, and the ASI Very High combined with the UV Undead Medium will turn this into a real zombie blender. That or pair it with a Skolver set's Very High Sword Damage Bonus for Maximum! damage bonus to Undead.

Not really a FSC choice everybody makes, but most speed teams have at least one to make the mask phases go crazy quick. This item is already unbound, so it will be a straight up trade of the sword for the CE (CR also accepted, but is subject to current market value). No shady handing over CE for a trip to Vise

This could be upgraded to a Volcanic Plate Shield (VPS) which is also a great FSC shield (the best for taking Vanaduke mace hits, Normal/Stun). However, the UV on this shield would not be useful until running the Shadow Lairs where Curse is a common threat.
