I think that Spiral Knights should do pets. They Should make a net that you can buy with ether ce or cr being usable only once to capture wolvers, Scuttlebots, silkwings, jellys, lichen, And Chromalisk.
And they should be able to turn into other forms of that animal by collecting heat.

well
they should make you pay 10 CE for the net and +10ce to upgrade it ,BUT it has to be level 5+ to be able to level up to next one and if it is level 10 it will help you battle with the /minion command or the #5 button and this mode of pet attacking should only last 30 or 40 seconds depending on levels of heat and gets stronger every time(everytime you upgrade it adds 10ce to the cost of the last time to upgrade it and make a 2*-5* net)
-2* nets being 2000CR and a 25% chance of capture(20CE)
-3* nets being 3000CR and a 50% chance of capture(40CE)
-4* nets being 4000CR and a 75% chance of capture(60CE)
-5* nets being 5000CR and a 100% chance of capture(80CE)
Tell me if i spelled anything wrong or think this is a good idea.

is this a pokemon idea or actual pets?
like all i've read is buy a net use a net to capture an enemy.
i read a great post on this idea that suggested to buy them with tokens however because of people shooting down pet threads by saying it's over powered make it totally harmless it just follows you around in places without enemies that attack you.
this can be made into a guild expansion to you could have guild pets it just wonders around the guild hall and people who've bought extras just give them to the guild as it walking around (or be bought for there price(still tokens)and be given to the person) these can include mini boss pets.

I heard...
I was doing a survey recently to help improve spiral knights and it asked me "How much do you think pets would help improve spiral knights" (Or something along the lines of that) I rated Greatly of course.
I wonder what this means...
(I take credit for releasing the fact of pets for real in spiral knights on the forums.).

well keep in mind
the fact that they have love gun puppies and that they could not be sold so that's a pro cause what would be the fun in having a all full health battle and if you have a construct you should not use it that much as if it gets low health it have a perimeter that it is safe around

can't capture bosses the bosses will be sold as featured items in AH for at least 200k CR and no gun puppy or anything in that set or family.
AND when you have 2 lvl 10 pets they can combine to say make a gremver (gremlin and wolver) and this will cost 300CE and 3500CR

its not pokemon we couuld do what wizard101 does and have a pet trader in the bazaar but i ain't spending my tokens on a pet when i need gear and sshut up about pokemon this is open for changes so just change nets to when you beat the last person/enemy they become your pet and you can have a max of 3 pet O: A TROJAN PET XD lol(didn't mean the shut up lol)

Whee. Hey guys have you seen how 3 Mecha knights are AWESOME addition to the party. They're really not OP, since they break easily anyways. So, if pets we get are along these lines, then it's fine.
The subject of pets has been brought up countless times already, use the search function.
