T1 LOCKDOWN POSSIBLE EXPLOIT! - allowing you to play with T3 gear in T1 LD

So today i was playing some T1 LD, as usuall. Everyone in proto, or other T1 stuff but then i saw something strange. There was a guy with FULL T3 loadout, VOG stuff, and Faust, and i think there was antigua or similar weapon.
It surely wasnt just visual glitch since he could 2-hit most of us with his GF when it takes MUCH longer to kill someone in T1 LD.
Here are screenshots of this guy. Dont know if he did it by mistake or he did it on purpose but im sure i dont need to tell you how dangerous is it? It completly ruins purpose of Tier sorting of players. If a T3 guy can go anywhere on T2 or T1 LD it will completly ruing game for other players.

If that is what it seems to be ... How the heck did his team lose the match? Mattie (T3 loadout) didn't even have the most damage, Aliaass did.
Epic Fail.

This isnt the first time to see a guy in T3 loudout playing on T1.
I had an encounter(did i spell thi right) with more T3 guys in T1 lockdown.thre were more than 3 guys there.
But in this case they won.
I ussualy play T2 lockdown and rarely T3 lockdown but i wanted to try out T1.

Some people in T1 are taking advantage of this & using 2-5* Health Pendants to become impossible to Defeat, like this guy:

This+Striker Class+Heavy Sword= Instant Death
This has to Stop.

@Ironskullkid That's actually legit T1 equipment. 5HP base, 2HP from a 1* armor/helm set, and 4HP from a pair of 1* heart trinkets = 11HP, which is exactly what's shown in your picture (each row in the HUD is 10).
If he had 2 5* pendants he'd have 19HP (5 + 2 + 12), exactly one pip short of two full rows in the HUD.

i just played a game in which one player on the other team was wearing dusker set and a swift flourish. initially my thoughts were the same as yours, however the next game i happened to be on his team and guess what? he had exactly the same health as fully heated T1 armour. ive also faced players wearing T3 equipment and havent found them to be any harder to kill than the T1 players of comparable skill. the weapons appear to be nerfed as well, they dont deal anywhere near the amount i would expect them to if they were full powered. it seems that ooo is aware of this issue and make adjustments accordingly, i don't think there's anything to be concerned about.
my theory is that they let the higher tier players in to make up the numbers but nerf the gear.

"i don't think there's anything to be concerned about."
Faust curse, the fact that most T1 armors don't have special defense, armor bonuses.....

in and of themselves those are fairly minor. i got hit by a DA and it seemed to do the same damage as getting hit by a thwack hammer, i assume faust would be similar. i didnt have any trouble hitting through their armor either. in LD armor defenses count for jack all anyway, in T2 (where i normally play) TSB cuts through dusker armor as easily as it does through other armours. as for the faust curse there's an easy solution to that, dont run around like an idiot trying to kill everyone, just go cap...
that leaves armor bonuses. i guess thats the major concern but does anyone have numbers on how much each level increases stats by? like for example going from base dmg -> low dmg bonus -> med etc etc. from personal experience with using BTB the dmg increase, while visible, doesnt make all that much difference in practical terms.

Armor does do a lot in T1 LD. If you have max normal on your helm and armor you can reduce your damage by quite a lot.

Just to follow up on this, I ran into a guy in T1 lockdown today who was using a wolver set and a calibur, autogun and swift flourish. The hilarious part was he still sucked ass.
His stuff was all unheated since he had just made a new account after being banned on a previous account. Hilariously I still managed to out-damage him in most of the games with my heavy hatchet.
Devs, get your act in gear. You obviously trusted the client to verify that the loadouts are tier-appropriate, and that was a pretty amateur mistake. The fix should be simple enough for you to figure out, it's just a matter of getting on with it.
Even in T3 Stuff, he still lost...What a noob.
Anyways, this should be Fixed, Pronto. Seems to ruin it for everyone. If he had become Recon with any Bomb, he could've Spammed Nitro & become Invincible.
