Help me please. I bought 3 Explorer Packs, and sold the Silver Keys to raise money for my equipments. I spent a long time playing to collect enough money for it, and this really helped me. Then, today, I was checking the Auction House, and was previewing a Dusker Coat, when I went to click at the "next" button to see the next page, and clicked on the "Buy Now" button, which is right next to it, instead. That Dusker Coat cost 82000 crowns, now I'm left with nearly no money whatsoever! After all this time I spent playing to get money, after I PAYED with REAL MONEY to help, and then I lose everything because of a simple slip-up like this! The game didn't even ask for confirmation if I wanted the item or not, which I think is a huge design flaw on it's part, since the "Buy Now" button is huge and right next to the "Next" button, and stuff at the AH is expensive. I want a refund, and for the game's makers to add this confirmation so that this doesn't happen ever again, to me or anyone else. I have a print-screen to prove that I bought this item at this price, and I haven't equipped it so it's not bound. If anyone wants to buy it from me for this price, I know it's a lot, or if there's a GM that can help me, I'll be forever grateful.

You should be telling him/her to leave. Also, you didn't really give this issue a real fixing yourself, so don't point fingers at me.
Trust me, there is lots of sympathy. However, I have none for people who post the same question in multiple places, and when I give them an answer in one, they ignore it and start having a fight on the other post. I was not raging, I was merely trying to get my point across, as people seem incapable of listening to reason, and reselling the first time I suggested it, as this is the ONLY way of getting some of your money back. The GMs aren't going to help someone who, quite frankly, messed up, and it was his own damn fault.
And I still don't understand why this was posted in the bazaar, this should be for buying and selling only.
And for the record, despite losing his crowns, he still has 3k CE, and free elevators for a month. He should not be complaining. This hits a bad part of people like me who have gotten to T3 without ever paying a cent on this game, to see people whining about how they lost PART of their in game fortune, and are completely capable of getting it back with free elevators.

Secondly, she posted in lots of places because she's desperate, and she wanted this to be seen as quickly as possible. Besides, it's her first time in the forum, so cut her some slack.
Third, she is VERY capable of listening to reason, and she is NOT ignoring what you said. I assure you. She was simply aggravated by this one person, who made it a point to bash her on every post she's made and, quite honestly, be a jerk. She's spent a really long time playing this game to save up all that money, so losing all of it was really hard on her.
Fourth, she has plans for that CE. In fact, she also had plans for the money. She can't sell the CE to get the money back, that would be equally counterproductive. She does, indeed, have a month of free elevators, but I'm pretty sure she can't get even half of what she's lost that way. She has a life to live outside the computer, too, so she can't just spend every waking moment playing the game, if anyone's expecting that.
Lastly, she didn't lose PART of her fortune, she lost ALL of it, and reselling it will get her half of what she's lost back, IF SHE'S LUCKY. That's why it isn't a real fix. Besides, she lost this money because of an atrocious design flaw from the game's part, as any game with an Auction House (or, really, transactions, for that matter) have a confirmation window pop up when you're going to buy something, precisely to avoid this kind of issue. It isn't really fair that she lost a lot of money and got an item she didn't want because of an accidental click.
Oh yeah, and she posted on the Bazaar in case anyone wanted to buy it from her. I know this is probably not the format she should have used, but, like I said, it's her first time here, and she's not feeling well, so let it pass this once.
I hope this irons out these issues, even if it doesn't change the big picture.

1. Sorry, I was uncomfortable using "it", so I picked a gender without realizing it was wrong. I apologize.
2. It will be seen, give it time. Remember, quality over quantity. If you post the same post that annoyed people by whining that you lost PART, yes, part, of your fortune through your own mistake in multiple places, it will still annoy them. You will notice that I used the word part because the generally accepted way of measuring wealth in Spiral Knights is not only through crowns, but also through CE and items. She got both through the explorers pack.
3. She really shouldn't take this game so seriously. I can understand why you would be sad for losing money IRL, but in the game? And yes, you did buy that in game money with real money, but it was what, 8 or 9 dollars because of the Christmas sale? She needs to realize that this is just a game, and not react so strongly. She can resell the item for much more than half of the value she bought it at.
4. The CE is still there, you said she had plans. I assume the plans were for crafting, so she will need materials for that. Simply travel the clockworks alone to get the most materials in a run, and do Jelly King runs in a group for the crowns. And, I wasn't suggesting she spend every waking moment in front of the computer. I can make around 7-8K in one hour just by doing jelly king runs and other clockwork dives, and doing that for just 10 dyas would restore your money.
5. She can resell. I assume that addresses that entire point. And as for the design flaw, just be careful where you click. It's not that hard to look before doing. And the "Part/All" thing I talked about earlier.
6. And she might have posted int the Bazaar to get people to buy, but no one will. There is no description of the UVs it has, if any. She needs to post a clear "WTS Dusker Coat with said UVs" for a certain price specified in the post, then she will get buyers.

I don't even have enough money to put it back on AH (it costs 3k to put it back up), and nobody is going to pay 82k for this item. The original seller was already overpricing it. Every game should have a confirmation popup, it's not fair that you lose your money because you accidentally clicked on something you didn't want. Put up a WTS on the bazaar, explain you need to sell this otherwise you are screwed, then ask people to offer a tiny but more than they normally would.

You bought out a dusker COAT for 8200cr? Lol don't cry over it, 8.2k for a dusker coat is almost half price. Now if it was a recipe you were on about, Meh. Go farm JK once or twice, you'll get the money back. And with the Exply packs you just bought you shouldn't be complaining. Someone Graveyard this, it's blocking the front page ¬_¬
EDIT: Not only that, you bought THREE, which is 3kce, at the current rate (~6300/100) you should be well clear of buying that...
