For reference a CTR High Electron Vortex went for 11kce here so factoring in the reduction of the unbind fee, upgrade costs and the convinience of not needing the 4 and 5* recipes (250 tokens total) I'd personally say somewhere around the 4k-5kce mark. It could go for more if you get multiple buyers of course, it's really a matter of whom wants it and whether they want to get into a bidding war over it.

Speaking of which I'll offer of 4kce if you want to sell it now. If you're willing to wait a week or so to try for a higher price, my advice would be to make it an auction with no buyout or reserve with the 4k bid as the starting offer and see where it goes from there. Realistically I don't see it going above Didy's valuation at absolute most, factoring in the price the vortex went for, and most importantly the fact most people would want it at 5* due to the recipes requiring a lot of Lockdown. I mean ideally I'd just take it for the 4kce off ya now, but I wouldn't pretend it can't go for a higher amount if you left it up for a bit.
