I do not know if this has ever been asked, But I know in the clockworks, there are a few MOBS that have healing abilities. I was thinking, could there not be a type of, "Medic" Knight that would be able to heal fellow knights in battle?

I mean It could be easily done and use a type of system were the knight has limited fighting powers, and can only heal/revive a limited amount of times during an entire depth. Mind you when I say limited fighting powers, I mean, much weaker in attack and defense. So it would be almost a bad fighting type of knight ( set of armor ). It could also be a set of armor that could NOT be mixed with other gear, it would have to be 1 set that had to be both parts for it to work.

Just an idea :)

Please give thoughts and comments!

No, this would be too overpowered. It HAS been discussed before, thats what the search bar is for.

I see's Hmmm What about a set

I see's Hmmm What about a set that can heal other players, at the cost of one's own life!
You heal someone ( 1 bar at a time ) you lose 1/2 a bar oh personal health.

Draw backs to this would be everyone just give caps to the healer.... But could this not be tweeked?

( I am just speculating, I know that healing will not be done but just as a discussion now rather than a suggestion.)

No abilities. No skills.

Spiral knights most important thing is that there are no skills and class. You can become a bomber, swordsman, gunner by just switching equipment.

If there would be made a Medic Class or medic skill it will ruin whole system, they would have to introduce other classes and most stupid thing magic which is IMO the most stupid idea this forum ever saw.

Only way to introduce this in game would be some kind of weapon which when charged would shoot a close range bullet that would heal an ally knights (or maybe everything it will meet) and maybe draining hp from the shooter

But as it was stated before, it will lead to many abuses, propably some loops, strange stuff and ending with just making players too OP and in the end lowering game dificulty to 0.

The best i can think of is a

The best i can think of is a mist bomb that causes 'Love Status' for 5 seconds. If an enemy dies with this status it has a chance to drop one small extra hearth.
Not too overpowered since you depend on enemies, it's random, have to be fast and the radius could be tweaked.
Respawning enemies and gremlins should be excluded tho.

I dont like it either, but it's something to stop those ideas.

Healing is, as mentioned too

Healing is, as mentioned too OP (whats to stop you from taking a 5 mn break to heal at the end of every level?)

But if you want a a medic class, theres already mechanics in the game to accommodate; items like the vitasuit whose main purpose is a health bonus, at the cost of being useful elsewhere. Extending this idea to WEAPONS would be very interesting (possibly something like the Kozma recipes, but without knockback, and even less damage?)

If you want to be a medic in the meantime, try wearing ancient plate, a scarlet Shield, and 2 penta hearts sometime. Your teamates will definately notice when you rez them

Mand you should totally make

Mand you should totally make a thread about that Juances. That isnt OP at all and yes it would stop people from making healing stuff threads every day.
