i'd hold out for more.
I think you can get over 500k for it, personally. 6-7oo even, if you are very patient.
IMO this is a bit overpriced. I paid 450k for mine and I know for a fact that the recent scarf on the AH was accidentally bumped to one million- someone (I forgot who), thought it was a tail and bid on it. How they made that mistake, I have no idea. So if you get 10k CE for this, congrats, and g'luck selling anyways.
