Prestige missions not yielding rewards

I am enjoying the newly implemented missions, I've completed ranking missions up to 3-1 with no issues, getting all my prestige and item rewards.

However, I've completed two prestige missions so far and didn't get my presige reward from either of them. Yesterday's exploration mission, then today's Monstrous Research, for which I had both the Red Shards and Gel Drop required, saw them removed from my inventory, saw the mission complete message, but the prestige bar did not move and I remain the same distance from my next ranking.

From what I understand, only

From what I understand, only the Rank missions will move your rank bar. The prestige missions will increase the total prestige number, but not move the rank progress bar.

Ah, thanks, I see "Prestige: 475" in the top right corner of my missions selection page. I thought prestige solely determined my ranking, but I guess I misunderstood.
