hello ppl ive been thinking that there should be a new shadow/pierceing damage wep it should be a scyth and it would look good on skelly sets and maybe snarby sets here are the stats of the five star version hope you guys like it

2star version: dark luster scythe

3 starversion: shadow luster scythe

4star version: black barrage scythe

5star version: voidscythe

pierceing(|||||||||| )

shadow(|||||||||| )

speed(|||||||||| )

description: a blade forged from the darkest of shadow steel and trojan horse shoes,It is said that this blade could accidently suck your life out,once wielded by an executioner from a lost time.

hope you guys like it and give me any ideas and ill think about upgraadeing it.//_^

also it has the design of a snarby blade (barbarous thorn blade) its it attacks a little bit slower then a striker and its with black grey and red patterns and ghost aura seeps from it but its blackish grey also the charge should be a 360. degree spin like the leviathen blade and while spinning it shoots out a barrage of red greyish spikes while leaveing a ghostly mark on the floor of were you unleashed your attack.t.b.a

Ooh, a scythe.

Could use a bit of refining since it's a pretty vague idea, but I'll get to that another time.
In the meantime, any more specifics on the weapon? Normal and charge attack patterns and upgrades, for instance?

...Seriously? Maxed shadow damage and almost maxed normal damage? Even if it would be slow weapon, it would be overpowered. And then damage up versus gremlins? If this passes, it would turn gremlins into random pieces of gremlin beefs...

Nerf the damage, please? We already have slow shadow damage sword, Gran Faust. Take in that it needs to be about balanced with it.

i put the damage to a random rate i didnt mean to make them almost maxed besides thats five star version.

there now there equel rate the shadow/normal damage and i say the scyth should be on the calibur side.

Heres what I would suggest.

At least one of the three specs need to drop a bit. I would recommend speed. Or normal damage. Shadow can stay. And the dmg bonus vs gremlin should go since they are already weak to shadow.

The final attack of the combo would be a 360 degree spin like Leviathan's charge attack, but with less damage. Just because spinning scythes are cool.

hmmmm

sev is right but i like the speed how it is and the charge attack should be like the lieviathan blade but a lil bit slower and more damage probly it coud make a barrage of spikes shooting out whil spinning.

You could make it something like...

(||||||-----) Normal
(|||||||----) Shadow
(||||||-----) Speed

Honestly when you look at the bars, Gran Faust = Leviathan Blade speed. Obviously GF doesn't attack that fast, so the bars lie in many cases.

I'd just go with saying it'd be a 3-Hit Scythe, with less Shadow/Normal damage than Gran Faust. Although that'd kinda make it an Acheron clone..

PS: Scythe has an E at the end.

There's no point arguing over/tweaking the bars of a non-existent weapon. Just say "faster than GF, slower than Acheron" or whatever. We get the picture, and it's not like the devs will copy the stats over, lol.

i made it pierceing!

i made it pierceing since normal shadow damage is nightblade line so i made it pierceing now it doesnt sound like a cheap copy of the nightblade line and also the dev,s need to make a sword that is pierceing but not on the flourish line or anything that resembles a flourish.

Elemental wouldn't make sense.

I love the idea of having a Pierce/Shadow weapon, as there are currently none in the game...

But its versatility in LD would be unmatched.
