I have a possible solution

OK well I have looked to long and hard for the blue rose set, and i came up short. I have a plan that might work, sense i only have enough for 1 part atm i could purchase the chapeau and when i have enough for the tabard i could pay you. I will also pay for inflation that might occur during the time i will save for the tabard. Please take this into consideration.
