For those of you who have found your way here thank you for being considerate and not trying to cause undo hardships and or headaches for other knights just looking to play a game in a respectable and friendly manor.

Again, all knights may feel free to post comments you would like to direct to our guild.

HOWEVER there have been some far less considerate knights that have little regard for others requests and below is a reply to them.

To those still insisting on posting on the private board:

Again I know I cannot forcefully prevent others from posting on the private board but I was hoping that some mutual respect and consideration would be shown as I even thought far enough ahead to make a board myself where non members could post and be heard, clearly I was very mistaken.

As to whether or not a third party site may be used for our boards I did not think such an action was something to be encouraged.

That is to say that a knight in a guild should hand out links to a non-recognized/unofficial chat type site and request that other members access the link to the site they may or may not know anything about based on the authority of that guild member if they want to truly know what is going within the guild.

But if you can provide me with a third party site that would be suitable and safe enough to hand out to guild members who may be only 10 years of age or even younger (at least one guild member is as young as 8) to go to then sure, post the link here and if you can also show that it is suitable for such uses then yes, I will move the private guild board to that site as you have convinced me that the official spiral knight forums are less then suitable for such things.

However until then while one or two posts on the board marked private are not punishable as these are public forums and it was merely a request multiple undesired posts are a different story, if you have been asked to leave for justifiable reasons and continue to be disrespectful that behavior does fall under the classification of harassment and is reportable.

Harassment
Play nice! - There is no place in Spiral Knights for deliberately harassing other knights, either by being offensive, by 'stalking' them, sending repeated requests or chat messages or in any other form

Behaving and Misbehaving
The most important part of Terms of Service relate to behavior: Common sense, consideration, and reasonable behavior are expected in the game. Together, they make Spiral Knights an enjoyable game for everyone. When a report is received about a knight who is behaving badly, a Game Master will resolve the situation as they deem appropriate for the good of the community.
