I would suggest a arena fight of players anyone willing to compete. The last 20 players will receive a large amount of crowns, energy, and/or items. There should be divisions that divide playes by there current rank of their knight. By meaning you can only compete against people that our at your skill. Hope you guys agree with this idea.

The last 20? How many players are you planning to start of with?
If you're planning to start with 'Anyone willing to compete', bad news, that's basically the whole T2 and T3 playerbase (a few hundreds at least). I can see you have no idea of the lag this would create... Just go play Lockdown, kid.

Well sorry, just a idea.

Well sorry, just a idea.
Besides I just started playin this game a couple days ago when a friend told me about it. Can't expect me to understand what you can do in a game that I've only played five times.

K, sorry for being harsh, but

K, sorry for being harsh, but that is basic understanding of online games, it would happen in any MMO. You should never put too many players together if you want to avoid lag.

"Besides I just started

"Besides I just started playin this game a couple games ago"

That would explain why you haven't noticed that there are two PvP arena games already.

@Aemicus :

I believe what he means is a free for all battle to the death.
Not like BN or LD

Exactly what serell said.

Exactly what serell said. Also for Blue-Phaze, I wasn't expecting there to be over a hundred players in one area. Maybe about 50 or less, I put down last 20 players would get rewards is because if I were to enter something like this I would at least want to get something even if I wasn't in the top 10 or 5.

20 player arenas....

You play BN with 20 people? 10's bad enough... I'll want an 8-bit version of SK if we're making 20 person arenas

LD with 14 is bad enough. (Admittedly less latency than BN, but definitely still a factor)

Let alone 40 player games.... *shudder*

Kill the lagfest? Get a large enough arena? I'm all ears...

Till then I'd leave things at about maximum of 16 player games.

@Skold-The-Drac

Again I haven't played LD or BN yet. I said in another comment of mine I started playing the games a couple days ago and didn't know that much of it. Anyways, I'm aware of the major lag that would happen if we had a lot of people in one small little space, I never even pictured it like that. I'm with you on the huge arena idea.

The already had something

The already had something like what you're suggesting, but they took it out for some reason.

There was indeed a

There was indeed a straight-out pvp free for all in beta, but it wasn't much fun. All the problems you see in lockdown were exacerbated by the lack of strategy or larger goals: you'd routinely see players camping the bottom of the map and shooting opponents from a blind spot with the overpowered gun of the week. It was a straight out slugfest for who could buy the best equipment and get to the bottom of the map first...

While lockdown isn't perfect (think matches with a final score of 500-40), it's way better than old pvp. The ringers did a nice job on the design.

i dont think so.

i doubt three rings would any kind of free to play arena pvp, because this game is basically pay to play and a free to play game combined. for example, the expansion pack.. so this idea wont come to fruition unless there was a price like lockdown or blast network.

@Blandaxt

The lack of visible knowledge and verbs in that shows that you don't know what you're talking about. This game is not pay to play by any significant stretch. You can't combine a P2P and F2P game at once. You get, what, a difficult to use hammer and a decent shadow bomb from the expansion?
And how exactly do LD and BN have a price? You need to make some sense, man!

Making cents

Blandaxt has a history of minimal effort threads and illogical arguments, not to mention lack of general knowledge of how the game works.

This game is not pay to play. The only feature resembling this is the elevator pass, which is only useful for conserving energy rather than spending it on the gate.

The expansion pack is an extra part of the game. Your argument would only be valid in this point if Vanguard were only obtainable through premium purchases.

Lockdown and Blast Network cost crowns to join. Their rewards are delegated through the tokens which allow users to exchange for equipment, recipes and costumes; they do not give users CE or crowns in exchange for these tokens through direct transaction.

All three arguments given by Blandaxt are invalid or rhetorical. If anyone needs me I will be pretending to acknowledge their existence as an intelligent form of life.

The expansion gives the hammer and rapid attack bomb. The hammer is considered difficult to use due to its second attack being a dash, allowing users to flee in a pinch. The bomb is meant for large groups of targets in a similar manner to vaporizer bomb mists but with damage instead of a status in a smaller area of effect.
