Troika
Troika line seems to have abnormally low chance of UVs, so High ASI might actually be worth something. Unfortunately, not many people are that interested in the line, so might not get much attention.
Well, if you don't find a suitable buyer, I can buy it for 1.5k CE. I think you will probably find a better offer, but I already have Dual UV Low CTR&ASI, which is nice in its way, too. Therefore can't go much higher than that.
PS. I do like Kamarin (3* upgrade on Troika) on the tier2 Lockdown, but bringing a High ASI there would be quite unfair...
edit: Personally, I use Kamarin ASI Low on Lockdown. I think the Dual UV would be unfair, too.

The Crystal Bomb really isn't worth much given damage UVs are more or less a waste on bombs, I'd guess 1-2kce if you're lucky. My advice would be just to stick it up on the auction house with a buyout of like 120-150k and see how lucky you get.
