Mass mailing and Guild bulletin board

First off: Create a feature to send mail/letters to multiple players, just like the patch notes. Preferably a drop list of your friends and/or guildmates and simply check off each player who is to be a recipient, pay the mailing fee and done. This could be a real time saver instead of taking the time to type each individuals name with the same message, over, and over and, over.
And Second: Create a bulletin board for guildhalls for guild officials to post memos, notices, and announcements to members so they can see any changes in the officers or GM's absence. Theses would be erased at the creators leisure.
Opinions, comments, and criticism of all forms are more than welcome

As a matter of fact, I did say "guild bulletin board". You assume correctly regarding the increased mailing fee based on the number of recipients. Theres no doubt thats these ideas have been mentioned before this thread but that doesn't mean that history can't repeat it self.

The current thread has minimal content. The thread by Severage has immense content and is still being posted in. The current thread is unnecessary and wasting time where the thread by Severage already has more than this thread will have in weeks.

History in fact does repeat itself here. That's why we're having this discussion. Believe it or not, my point in the first post was that as history repeats itself, the mass mailing idea is bound to fall into the depths of the Suggestions Forum, only to be reincarnated in threads like this.
It has been brought up before, though...only to die away until someone decides to make a new thread for it.
That said, there's nothing stopping you from trying to prevent this thread from being shoved into the abyss. As Luguiru said, Severage already has the guild stuff covered, but if you really want you could try to flesh out this idea more by adding more specifics on a mass mailing interface or by creating some concept art.
Did you say, "guild bulletin board?"
Mass mailing would be nice, and I'm assuming the standard mailing fee would be multiplied by the number of people you send mail to. It has been brought up before, though...
