Not really game changing or anything... I just thought it would be nice to know how many times you died or how many people you killed.

I don't really like killstats.

This might end up with players more interested in kills/deaths than actually playing the game (such is already the case with damage). As far as stat mods, I'd like to see some of the following:

Change caps to be more meaningful, right now you can solo-cap point five on ramparts, and on the statsheet it's the same as group capping point one. This should be done by counting each individual's contribution to the cap if it comes to fruition, regardless of where they are at the time of final capping. This is just a rough outline, though. I'd also like to see some other stuff:

Waste damage: This shows everyone how many hits you got off before the guy you were base-trolling went back and healed. (It shows how much damage you got off that was eventually healed, rather than contributing to a death). The point is to encourage actually fully killing people and not just letting them run off to fight again. Of course, waste damage is still better than no damage, since healing takes time, but I think this would clarify how much players are actually adding to a team.

The purpose of these is to make stats more reflective of actual play, since there are a lot of people out there who are just playing to get good stats, not a win. This would bring those two objectives closer in line.

I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as "waste damage". I think it just counts how much damage you dealt over the course of the round, irregardless of whether they died or not.

Points attributed to x stat?

I would like to see a new lockdown statistic: how many points were earned that are attributable to the control points you captured.

Hence, a player who keeps- and holds- points for a long time would score higher than someone who captures and instantly loses their station. It would be sort of an improved version of the "defends" stat.

I know there isn't. That's my point.

I'm saying that it counts damage exactly the same if you're hitting someone one with a flourish every time they walk out, only to go back in and heal, as it does with other damage. I'm saying that the current damage stat mechanics would remain unchanged, but a new stat would be introduced that showed how many times you'd let your prey slip away... in rough terms.

Umm

Lockdown kill seems cannot be implement because :

a) You have deal a lot of damage to the enemy, but then your gunner teammate just shoot the enemy with one piece of bullet and the enemy died. So, who should get the kill marks?

b) How about you and your teammate has a same damage dealh to the enemy like You is 300 and your teammate is 300 too.

But the death, maybe can.

I'm not the best killer but I win most of my matches because I actually play King of the Hill and not Team Deathmatch.

One time this dude even challenged me to a 1v1 and said, "You only won because you were capping, obvious n00b is obvious"

Would further encourage people to not play the objective and focus on their Kill/Death ratio.

Maybe.

My friend had a guy go "Quit being such a sore loser." after his game where his team glitched and they couldn't respawn anymore, and they were winning from like 500 to nothing, and the other team made a turn around because his entire team glitched and couldn't spawn. Even if they paid.

Death counter could be nicer, but I'd like for things to be added that don't revolve around things that aren't the objective.
