I support this feature being added in a future patch.

/DND = do not disturb, as in no invite spam, or whispers!

This would in essence send an auto reply with the gist of, I dont want to hide from you, and I dont want to tell you I dont want to party with you, but understand Bro Im just chillen right now :)

Do want

Great idea.

Even if this feature was tied in to the /away command to drop invites that command could be used, but separate commands for both would be awesome.

Either way a command or setting that lets you toggle on/off blocking invites would be glorious!

Do what you want because a pirate is free

You are not a pirate. Stop that silliness.

If the message is created by the user, yes; I could make the most rude, illogical nonsense as a reply to the new users trading me expecting free equipment and money. If it is a generic message created by Three Rings, also yes; it would mean they have nothing to whine about because everyone has the same message. As long as users can still play with this mode active it would be useful to block requests distracting users from their business, such as bidding on the auction house and suddenly receiving a trade then rage-cancelling it only to bid on something the user did not want. Has this happened to me personally? No, but it means whining, and I hate whining.

I like it, but...

Let me offer a counter-suggestion:

I'd like to see an option/toggle to always recieve invites/trade requests etc as if you are in a clockworks run or in your ready room. This way you would only get the little notification in the upper left corner, without anything popping out in front of your screen and causing aggrivation, and you could check them whenever you wanted to.

@post

One of my thoughts is that imHo its borderline rude to have to tell a friend that you dont want to play with them or have to "hide".

Another aspect to this is that I have a huge friend list and when you take into consideration the globally diverse nature of this game its not always possible to explain to someone that I'm tired and just chilling @ town square, or (there are people who wont or dont look) I'm ballz deep in FSC and no offense but Im not interested in mission a, b, or c right now.

I agree the pop ups when at the AH are also hella annoying.

Also I'm not advocating a personalized /DND message that can be used as a troll as in other games, just a generic standard automated reply along the lines of:

Player A: sends invite to mission.

Me: Lukehandkooler is busy and is not accepting invites at this time. (and possibly whispers too now that you think of it).
