Hi.
Whenever I try to access the Energy Depot, I always get the "Failed to load energy packages." error message in the Purchase tab. I've also tried submitting a bug report about this in-game but it also fails.

I could access it just fine yesterday, but now it's throwing the error as stated. This is the Steam version of SK for reference.

My account is broken as well, on steam client. My roommate uses steam and they are able to purchase ce, but I get the 'failed to load' message. (my account still doesn't update the events hub properly either, if that means anything). I want to give them my money, but they won't take it. *sigh*
My account seems to be broken too. I remember OOO sending an email saying that their purchase thing would be down on the 24th, which was yesterday, and they expected the downtime to be 3 hours. This is the longest 3 hours on record if that's the case as mine still says "failed to load energy packages". I am also a steam user, however, not 5 minutes ago, I asked my friend, who is also a steam user, if he was able to purchase energy, and he said he just did. So I started to think this was just an issue with my game or something, until I popped on to the forums and found this thread. I'm angry that it's down, but glad that I'm not the only one whom is affected by this. Please fix this OOO!!!!

The billing downtime doesn't have anything to do with this - or shouldn't. That one was simply a database update which didn't touch the billing system's functionality. But it obviously looks like our billing system is having some sort of hiccup. A few questions for you:
- Are you able to send a bug report via F2 after trying to make a purchase? If so, please do that!
- If you are able to access and provide your logs like Dbugz, please do so!
- If you're not comfortable with posting things here, simply send an email to support@spiralknights.com
Right now I can't tell what's going wrong, but we'll do our best to figure that out as soon as possible. Your help with that would be much appreciated.

I bought quite a few things in recent months (elevator pass, Battle pack, etc..) so I have been able to get the in game purchases to work before.

F2 bug report fails for me as well, and as for the log report, i dunno how to get it and i don't think it matters much since it's probably along the same lines as the ones posted previously. three more guildmates confirmed the same problem, one has two accounts and uses steam for one of them and something else for the other account. he said his steam one works, but the other account doesn't, so obviously this isn't a steam issue. hopefully this gets fixed soon. :/

Ok, I did a research...
It seems that this bug is happening only on account with something already purchased, and, of course, only for steam accounts.
It also seems that bug reporting has been fixed since last maintanance restart.
I suspect steam config for the error, as it may not accept the 15% energy boost, but not sure about it.
EDIT: By purchased means energy pack. Account with only elevator pass or DLC worked fine. Accs with DLC and/or Energy pack failed to load packages.

I'm also facing the same problem. I have submitted the bug report from the game. Please resolve this asap.
Well, I haven't heard back from the support ticket I sent via email aside from their last acknowledgement that they'll be looking into it after I filed an in-game bug report.
It is to my observation that prior to the recent 15% bonus promo when purchasing energy I could access it just fine - it only started acting up when the promo got introduced.
Some might say that the Steam version might not support this kind of promo but when they did have a similar promo weeks or months back it clearly showed the increased amount of CE that will be granted with your purchase - and no error messages.
It's a shame that I could not partake of this bonus when it's due to expire tomorrow.
An update on this:
It looks like we have found and fixed the issue and are currently in the process of rebooting the server to apply this fix (about 45 minutes to go at this point). So, after we're back up, the Energy Depot should be working normally again. *fingers crossed* If you're still running into problems after the reboot, please don't hesitate to let us know!
It disconnects from steam when opening the energy depot. Cannot even access the energy market without a d/c.
Like the guy above, it disconnects when trying to even open the depot. Since the so called update a few days ago, something about a energy promotion.
I haven't been able to purchase anything.

We're working on fixing the disconnect issue as we speak and hopefully things will be back to normal after the upcoming reboot.

Can't have the first attempt to fix something succeed, right? Not on a holiday weekend during about the busiest time on the server with no devs in the office. Nosir.
But, the good news: It looks like the fix to the fix fixed things, finally. Once again, apologies for all the trouble and thank you for bearing with us. We have also enabled half price elevators until 5:15 today to make up for the unexpected reboots and the second, short notice reboot.
Energy depot seems to be fixed on steam now, bug reporting works.
But I noticed that prices for elevator pass (maybe other stuff) went a bit up... What is the cause Thalia ?

Same thing is happening to me. I asked some people in my guild if it were only me, and to them it worked fine. I wonder why it's being a problem, but only to some.
