They have identical knockback in regular attacks. One of them is shadow damage. The other three are elemental damage, and differ only in the status caused by their charge attacks. (I don't count Cautery Sword.) Because freeze and shock can cut knockback short, the literal answer to your question is that Combuster and Acheron have the most knockback, followed by Voltedge, followed by Glacius. Derp
The Fireburst brandish line can burn enemies, causing them to take damage.
The Iceburst brandish line can freeze enemies, causing them to be stuck in place, unable to rotate or move but still able to attack. When they thaw out they will take some damage (naturally thawing. No hitting them!)
The Nightblade line doesn't inflict a status. Derp.
The Shockburst brandish line can shock enemies, causing them to have a derpy seizure like thing, similar to what happens when people try to dance to dubstep. It causes damage to the enemy inflicted with shock, at every seizure dance they do. Which is the opposite of what happens when someone dances to dubstep. When a dubstep dancer causes damage, it is to things around them.
The cautery sword? Why would someone be using that in lockdown, I don't know...
I do believe that the knockback is the same on all of the brandishes, hurrhurr.
I therefore conclude that the Shockburst brandish line is arguably the best brandish, because it causes shock, which is a strange lovechild of fire and freeze.

Acheron and Combuster have the most knockback because their charge doesnt have a status that inhibits movement.
However, I can get like 10k damage with a Glacius because if you chip someone with the Glacius charge, and freeze them, they are dead because you can take your time and line up another Glacius charge to insta-pwn everything, from Skolvers to Vogs.

Because of invincibility
Because of invincibility frames in Lockdown, the charge attack's knockback is irrelevant.
I would get combuster and/or glacius for Lockdown \m/_(OwO)_\m/ skolver derps with shock UVs won't resist combuster and freeze from glacius = more charges.

I don't play a lot of
I don't play a lot of Lockdown, but I've been causing all sorts of problems with my Glacius when I do; freezing enemies to buy yourself time for another charge attack ruins lives, and can render specialised defensive setups almost irrelevant. For example, one of my favourite things to do to Elemental-defence opponents is freeze them with the Glacius, switch to the Blitz Needle, and loose a charged clip into their face at close range. It's so effective it almost feels like cheating.
