They cancelled Halloween here. My fat governor thinks it would be too dangerous to swim house to house under falling trees and power lines for candy treats. I think it's a trick and he is trying to keep all the candy for himself.

Oh and, about putting on an accessory, go to Bechamel's shop in the Bazaar, and I assume there's a mission already to take ye for convienence.
I'll explain anyways when ye need to accessorize it into an equipment.

Select an equipment and an accessory of yer choice and desires. Then press Accessorize! to accessorize yer equipment with the accessory. Viola! Here's yer accessorized equipment!
If anytime, the left side of the accessory removal can be used freely but ye won't get yer accessory back. So choose wisely!
