im tired of jerks replying to some suggestions. so if i make a suggestion can i please choose people that i want to block from posting there?

I suggest that suggestions suggest things suggestively.
No one is asking you to suggest anything. You can wear a rubber duck as a hat and no one will complain.

One lesson that I know is to learn people's opinions
If someone disagrees, you should let them. It's their opinions and it's not breaking the rules. The suggestions is a place to discuss about the idea and share thoughts + opinions, not come to the suggestions and like it directly.
I think you are misunderstanding the forums. I can always help you if there is a situation on why your acting like this
