GHs: Making Haven Obsolete WHILE being the new social hub?

So we've had GHs for all of a few hours? We maxed out our GH straight away and now have multiple instances of it as it's busier than I've ever seen Haven...
GHs have everything you could ever need; pvp, Sullivan, AHs, Beds, Chairs, Vendors, Alch Machines...no need to ever go back to Haven; especially when half the population is chilling in our GH anyways!
I remember when the Arcade was busy and now even Haven will be dead too.
Would be nice if there was at least one thing unique to Haven to bring people there, even as a token gesture, being that it's the Town we're meant to live in~

Made this earlier for the guild
Might come in handy for others.
There's also the 150 member slot missing.

Curious... how many levels did it take to max out and get all of the room and purchase options...
Also... I doubt there are that many guilds that will be able to afford or willing to pay the weekly upkeep to maintain those features.
After all - all of it is freely available in Haven. I am willing to be proven wrong though.

From what i noticed only 5 levels (floors), east and west. the 2nd floor has a special central room as well.
I dont remember the price however of the floors
with all 5 floors (east and west) it's 400k upkeep per week.

Well, the upkeep's gotta be a sloom to keep up to have all of Haven's things I would guess.

Well my point was more that the larger guilds who can afford this are essentially nullifying the need to go to Haven, and with public entry, anyone else can come in as well. I mean, we have multiple instances of the GH becasue it maxed out on people.
I mean, why go to Haven and have to load screen between 2/3 areas when you could just join a larger guilds GH and have access to everything in one, pretty area, where you can even sit down or chill in the Snipe Garden, and talk to a large group of people and friendly guildies who the GH belongs to.
It's creating a social hub that's better than Haven, by completely making Haven obsolete.
Except for guildless people who refuse to assosciate with large guilds. They'll likely find themselves fairly lonesome in Haven as it becomes increasinlgy desolate...
Or I could be wrong, but seems like what'll happen~
Although, thanks to 400k upkeeps and large guilds that are creating this, we're already seeing up to 1k reduction in ce prices, and hopefully the beginning of a downward trend :D

Well, we are missing a few things, namely ore deposit bins and a token trader...

The AH is the ONE thing I'm upset about. No more stalking people in Haven.
