Salutations! My ign is Schicksal, and I am the leader of the recently-formed guild, "The Spiral Braves". We are open to all who satisfy our one requirement: Be Brave! Bravery is the cornerstone of any successful group effort, and our guild has bravery UP IN. Bravery means stepping up to every challenge, not wavering in the face of indomitable odds, and ALWAYS willing to go into those Danger Rooms, because what are you, a coward?
Of course, that doesn't mean you should always just run head first into certain death just to prove how brave you are, you'll look like a fool. Instead what you should do is be 100% certain that you will succeed, and THEN run head first into certain VICTORY (and that's how a Brave should feel 100% of the time!). Now you might be saying, "But Schicksal, having an unrealistic attitude won't improve your chances of winning!" First, don't interrupt me. Second, you couldn't be more wrong, sir or madam. Attitude is everything; a coward who has resigned himself to defeat will never succeed, but a Brave will always have a shot at victory, and that's because a Brave never gives up. And if you never give up, you cannot possibly lose. That's what being a Brave is all about.
(But, knowing how to handle a weapon definitely helps too.)
Aside from understanding the importance of ignoring overwhelming odds, a true Brave understands the importance of a team, because while a Brave by himself is usually just a cocky hothead, Braves together are a fierce weapon, which doesn't know the meaning of the word "can't" (and really any word that indicates a level of difficulty). That's why we're here, to take a bunch of cocky hotheads and bring them together into an invincible force to be reckoned with. We're basically the Justice League, if they were more interested in picking fights than saving the world.
One more thing, a Brave doesn't have to be a sword swinging maniac that runs into the fray at every opportunity. Support roles are just as important.

if you constantly get into arguments about whether or not to go into the danger rooms,
if you've ever spent exorbitant amounts of energy fighting the same group of way-stronger-than-you enemies just to show them who's boss,
if you like fighting every single skeleton in the graveyard just because,
if you've ever ran into a fight, genuinely certain that you would win, only to be obliterated soon afterward by a much stronger enemy,
if you've ever ran into a fight, genuinely certain that you would win, only to succeed beyond all odds against a much stronger enemy,
