People are complaining that Black Kats don't spawn frequently enough.
People are complaining about the Katnip Pouch trinkets, that do nothing due to the lack of sleep.
*puts two and two together*

(Hint: I'm suggesting that Katnip Pouches should increase the rate of Black Kat spawning somehow, for those of you who got five when adding.)

Possible ways this could be put into the game, in order of most practical seeming to least:
1. Wearing one of the trinkets increases the chance each Spookat has to be a Black Kat. Something like, each star gives an extra .5%-1% chance, or something like that. I'm not really sure how much it should be, those were just example numbers.

2. There's some kind of ventilation system input near the start of levels that you can feed trinkets into, where they get shredded up and dispersed about the level, immediately informing a fixed number of Spookats per trinket that they should spawn as Black Kats instead.

3. Katnip Pouches might be moved from Brinks to Montague, meaning that knights could invest some of their pages into a way to earn more.

4. Maybe... Katnip Pouches are turned to usable items, which are throwable vial-style to manually summon a Black Kat, or convert a Spookat to a Black Kat?

Disclaimer: I'm somewhat new to suggesting stuff, so I'm not sure if humor is appreciated here. I figured it couldn't hurt to try, though. I can edit it all out if everyone totally hates it.

normal black kat is 1% ..

normal black kat is 1% .. sacrifycing a trinket to raise to 5~10% for A SINGLE RUN would still be worth

Try wearing curse resist gear. I get the impression curse resist = luck.
