Greetings! I am famous vampire hunter Vincent Price and I have been sent here by the Spiral V. Division to hunt local Vampires! I am posting on your forums to search for courageous young nights to assist with hunting these beasts!

But we do have a slight issue, for you see the Spiral V. Division does not currently have a base of operations in the clockworks. So our current objective is to gather funds for a base and to spread the word throughout the clockworks to force those pesky vampires into hiding!

We are all machines... Wouldn't the vampires die? Or would they evolve to drink motor oil? If the second... they could just buy motor oil! Or maybe they instead feed off beasts and gremlins which means it would be in our favor to let them run wild and destroy our foes.

New monster family: Vampires (Beast Fiend Hybrid)
Weak vs Pierce
Strong vs Elemental + Shadow
Deals Shadow + Pierce.

Now all we have to do is wait until OOO employs the idea then you can have vampires to fight.
Unless of course you're thinking of a different kind of vampire.

First, we all lol because we can handle ourselves.
Second, you never answered my questions on vampires.
Third, you do realize we are "techknights" which means machinery not blood and squishy things.
Fourth, see third and recall vampires need blood.
Fifth, recall it is always sunny in Haven, which any knight can return to almost instantly.
Sixth, if you want to roleplay, put it in the treasure vault, not general discussion.
Seventh, look at fifth. If you say vampires can exist in sun and they sparkle I might have to banish you to moorcraft manor.
Eighth, who are the victims and what marks it as a vampire attack?
Ninth, there are hundreds of other things trying to kill us all the time, why would we be worried about one more?

They drink energy juice...

Our suits produce energy juice as a bi-product when we use mist (like water vapour) but this juice also powers our life support this is what the vampires drink. Also vampires are undead.

Knights = robots

I'm too lazy to look for link... but in a Clockworks Confidential it was mentioned that originally the knights were going to be space marines but that idea was over played so they instead made them into "techknights" and are still refereed to as that today by the OOO staff.

When you die... Do you see fleshy organs or clockwork electrical hearts?

Do you feel weird that you never need to eat or drink or farm for food for the spiral order? Is it weird your body naturally collects energy around you to use like a windmill harnesses the wind? First part of survival is food and water, yet we don't need them. Our first concern in the rescue camp is power! So to knights Power = Survival.

Oh maybe the fact we have glowing eyes tipped me off? Though we will never know for sure, I like to assume we are robots. Especially since they have no determinable gender, never bleed, and death has no consequence besides using a surge of energy on yourself (to possibly mend broken parts.) or instant transport back to haven?

Read the description on Jelly Gems, look at me in the eye and tell me with a straight face (poker face is acceptable, bad poker face is not) that Knights don't eat.

Edit: Hmm, Jelly Gems might not have been a good example. Knights eat something, right?

BTW, all knights get an elemental blade as their first weapon with special damage via missions. so, vampires = undead = weak to elemental = no threat

You know why you have never seen one of these beasts with your own eyes? Because my team does a good job that's why! and you all should be happy that you don't have to deal with the terrors that come with fighting these things! But as you are all so persistent on getting technical here's all the info you need to know.

1) Vampires resist all kinds of attack apart from the attack of a highly trained Spiral Order V. Division agent.
2) Vampires only visit haven draped in thick armour.
3) Vampires drink whatever fluid knights have in them causing the knight to die.
4) They usually hunt unsuspecting newbies in the early missions.
5) They usually were clothing that protects them bright lights/light shards.
6)??????

Have you seen a carnivone? How about 20 in a small room surrounded by spikes (referring to a room in the SL) I've gone to the deepest depths of the clockworks and fought against the hardest most twisted Bosses that some 5* players don't face because it's possibly that even with OPed gear it is too hard. Now, I have faced them all, I have proven victorious. So why would I be scared of a vampire? I've beaten slimes with flourishes and fiends with sentenzas. Resisting isn't a problem, it's just damaging them enough.

So training makes your weapons effective when fighting against vampires? Well then. I guess all the skill and strength of roaming the clockworks on my own was for nothing? oh wait! someone had to discover how to fight them in the first place so I guess that means I could to! I'm already a one person tank so hey, I can puzzle it out.

Special training didn't make silver bullets work against werewolves, any marksman with silver bullets could do that, Special training didn't make my blitz needle effective against vana, but it is. Specialized groups are just those who have the equipment necessary to fight them specifically. Like the slime specific rock salt bombs or argent peacemaker with it's built in undead damage bonus. Anyone can use them and they are effective against undead, but not everyone has them.

I am sorry to say, though their are no sub-families nor families of "Monsters" that have 'Vampires' in SpiralKnights.

The closest monster I can think of would be the "Greaver" series of the "Fiend Family"; other then that, no full-fledged Vampire monsters exist in this game.

In addition, the Spiral V. Division that you speak of does not exist either. Unless, by chance, you are referring to a guild named "Spiral V. Division"; if there is an existing guild under that name. Though you say they need funds to begin operations; in which, the closest you can get is to creating a guild under said name with said funds. (If any funds are recieved)

Also; wouldn't consider 'Vampires' as 'Beasts'; clearly, if they did exist in SpiralKnights, they would probably be under the "Fiend Family" or create a new Monster Family of their own. In addition, to send these 'Vampires' into hiding is currently not needed. Since no Vampires lurk in the clockworks, they are already in hiding, or simply nonexistent.

Thank you for any effort you made in protecting the clockworks; though i believe the clockworks are safe from any Vampires for the time being. Unless, by unlikely chance, the Haven ever experiences "Night".
