If thats what you mean, its a terrible idea, makes it to easy to get perfect UVs.

if it could be, it should have a big price, and it should be based on what level the uv is. if it was for me, prices should be on ce, but like 20k ce to get from med to high. no, i'm not kidding. to get the right uv on punch you need max luck, a lot of time and a bank.

Like your trinket, you're going to screw up punch, and make knights overpowered. Ruining the balence and challenge in the game.

You need to make a suggestion that's actually not OP. Or at least not make knights OP. T3 is going to get very easy. I soloed Ice queen SL with like 5 revives. That basically means this game has to be HARDER. At least T3 should be.

This is a very bad idea.... People have wasted over tens of thousands of ce just to get some of the best uvs in game including myself If this was made I would probably quit the game and so will a lot of other people, because many like me have wasted hundreds of dollars to get some best uvs in game on weapons,armor, and shields, if I/we were to see people running around with VH-max uvs for only 4k ce this would get many people angry and stirred up and lead to most of them quitting this great game, this should never happen.

Using CE as payment is pay to win.

We already have Punch rolling UVs with crowns though for the few players still around who were here before Punch UVs were supposed to be rare shinies to reward players for crafting their own equipment which was also before the depot came around and completely ruined that. Since Punch, Vise, and the depot came around UVs became significantly less special to the average player and most have learned to depend on them as if they are a right to have instead of a privilege. Like most kids before their teens with cell phones.

you are wanting to make the game in a "Pay to Win"
and this type of game can be considered as the worst possible, because it creates a huge gap between players who can pay and those who can not, discouraging the free players who end up seeing a path much longer than it should be
what would happen if the Lockdown into it, the guy had to have at least 2 UVs very high in each gear to have any chance to fight back? even now have some unbalanced issues, like the toothpick and the hammer (pure specialized damage swords, something that should not exist) and the flat hp bonuses/penalty instead of percentage plus health trinkets
remember than the game needs to balance the two sides: the players who pay, for the company to have a return, and the players do not pay, but who has time, for that move the economy of the game, giving more motivation for the payers continue the game, beyond than bring some new content on updates (like winterfest and Battle Sprites), correct the imbalances issues...

I gave up playing it after so expect some change in this system after long time, even though it is free to play, because they give the chance to purchase a overpowered equipment if you spend cash (it's a box with random chance and need to spend 200-500R$ just to try enough to win)
the Brazilian server of that game looks more like a ghost/pirate server when i left
despite the another problems, like:
we need to level up a lot our equipments to try hunt after lv 120 (because become impossible if you don't did it)
some updates destroyed the farm's ability of the common players
we can't farm on low level monsters because of the drop penalty
the exp is hard to earn (obviously, is not a good option try deleveling to avoid the previous problem above)
...
