What is your typical loadout? And I only look at threads on the first page. If this is a duplicate, then the other thread must have been necro'd. Knowing everyone's typical loadout will help me see what the most common weapon is, and what the preference everyone likes to use for armor.

Here is mine:

Helmet: Divine Veil
Armor: Snarblax Coat
Shield: Grey Owlite Shield
Gun: Argent Peacemaker
Sword: Leviathan Blade
Bomb: Dark Reprisal MK III

Anyways I'm curious to what everyone uses normally, and if they like to change their loadout depending on the floor. Personally I don't like to switch, and I don't buy the extra weapon slots, because I don't feel like its worth the cost to milk me out of my time, crowns, and energy.

Bomb: Dark Retribution/Ash of Agni? (rarely bombing anyway)
Trinkets: Any asi + damage trinket that complement the weapon I am using.

Personal hate: Polaris users, people usually make me lost aim, can't one shot zombie/trojan even though I should >_>

My loadout

Chaos Set
( I swear by this through thick and thin, and have for a long time)

Wyvern Scale Shield
(moreover for it's look; I don't get hit often)

No trinkets.

All weapons are used interchangeably and each with a fair amount of use [three slots]:

WMRH
Triglav (Sue me, 'ruska-s)
Gran Faust (Don't be such a baby, use dat charge boi)
FoV (You did NOT just pick up ~MY~ remedy capsule!)

Supernova (another held-dear weapon -- I trust this weapon more than any other, and it's my go-to sidearm for almost every solo run.)

Big Angry Bomb (Code like big boom)
Dark Briar Barrage (love this thing)
Dark Retribution (Hi, Royal Jelly~!)

I've done everything from swordmastering, to gunslinging (back when gunning was often overlooked, and you respected every gunner you saw), to bombin'.

I find the most pleasure in being able to do anything whenever I want, so the Chaos Set has been my trademark for awhile.

I solo often, but in a group I proritize teammate safety, and will die if it means someone else doesn't.

Weapons for arcade running:
-Voltedge (For most enemies)
-Magma Driver (For turrets and Lumbers mostly)
-Final Flourish (For Fiends and Beasts, occasionally on Gremlins)
-Electron Vortex (For most enemies)

Weapons for FSC:
-Voltedge
-Warmaster Rocket Hammer or Fang of Vog
-Blitz Needle
-Electron Vortex

I've been using Chaos set even before making Vog set or Shadowsun set, well, I've been saying it for a while on forums now lol

I have far too much stuff to stick to a single loadout for long. Some favourites of mine:

The Toxic Tank
-Full Ironmight (Shadow med, Fire low)
-Triglav (Jelly med, construct low, undead low)
-Iron Slug (CTR med) or Callahan (Undead med)
-Venom Veiler (Gremlin low)
-Bomb CTR trinkets is I have slots for it

Drop veiler before the fight, kick butt with Triglav. Anything trying to fire at me from a distance or run away like a sissy gets a slug in the bum.

Unite and Conquer
-Mad + Volcanic/Mercurial/Bombtastic/Kat Hiss (Mad would be Chaos these days :\ )
-Theme-appropriate shard bomb
-Theme-appropriate vortex
-Shivermist Buster or Voltaic Tempest
-Trinkets to max out CTR, then damage if I have the slots for it

-Gather with vortex, keep in place with haze, murder with shard bombs.

I'm lazy and just want something easy to use and also I'm running FSC
-Full Volcanic
-Triglav
-Volcanic Pepperbox
-Shivermist
-Whatever it is I'm heating

Too much stuff to have one set loadout on one character.

I'm in a similar boat as Zeddy. My load switches depending on what I'm doing, but I will list some common loadouts.

Combinations- (A) Typical Arcade, (B) Farming, (C) Specialty

Helm: (A) Skolver, (B) Chaos, (C) Divine Veil
Armor: (A) Skolver, (B) Skolver, (C) Divine Mantle (I'm a creature of habit)
Shield: (A) BTS (B) BTS, (C) Dread Skelly
Weapon 1: (A) BTB/Acheron, (B) BTB/Acheron, (C) Blitz Needle
Weapon 2: Glacius (I ALWAYS have this with me, come hell or high water.)
Weapon 3: (A) Polaris, (B) Polaris, (C) Valiance
Weapon 4: (A) Ash of Agni, (B)Ash of Agni, (C) Shivermist Buster (will switch AoA with Voltaic Tempest if fire strata)
Trinkets: Cap recharge and and boost swing speed with extra slot.

I have significantly more stuff than what is listed here, but these are what I use most frequently. If I am in a bomber mood, I will switch out for Mad (Chaos now I guess)+Bombastic + Trinkets to cap out dmg and recharge, a Nitronome, a DBB, Glacius (ALWAYS!!), AoA/Shiver.

Black Kat Cowl, piercing max, poison med
Snarby Coat, fire and shock max, curse low or Skoalver piercing and freeze max

DVS or WHB and anything else I like.

I have a small collection of items that I constantly mix and match, so I don't really have one.

My first real set: Chaos Cloak + Mercurial Helmet

This gave me:
-negative resistances for everything but shock
-a small amount of shock resistance
-elemental, piercing and normal defense.
-global damage low
-MSI low

For weapons I used:
Divine Avenger
Sentenza (Piercing + shadow)
Dread Venom Striker (on occasion)

And for a shield, I used Barborous Thorn SNARBOLAXSHIELD.
Occasionally, I still use that set......... but now it gives me:
-negative resistances for everything but shock and ice
-a small amount of shock resistance
-A large amount of ice resistance
-Shadow, piercing and normal defense.
-global damage HIGH
-MSI MED

And now I use a swiftstrike buckler with it instead, as I only needed damage high for my DA to be maxed for constructs.

I am roughly 3 times more powerful.

Or, if I use chaos again:
-negative resistances for everything but shock
-a small amount of shock resistance
-elemental, piercing and normal defense.
-global damage med
-global CTR med
-MSI low

Under this clause, I am still about three times stronger.

Of course, like I said, I'm constantly changing my armor/weapons around. I just picked up the kat hats, so that'll be nice.

Mad Bomber

I rock a full Mad Bomber set and a Swifty at all times although I am starting to save for shadows for the Merc Demo set.

Damage Loadout

-Nitronome/Spike Shower
-Ash of Agni
-Plamsa Capacitor
-Graviton 4*

Basic DPS combo

Ash-->Plasma-->Gravi-->Nitro/Spikey

Jelly King Loadout

-Nitronome
-Ash of Agni
-Dark Retribution
-Graviton 4*

Can usually just get away with Ash--> DR. Gravi and Nitro are just utility here for when I'm in a tight spot or I need to carry the party

FSC Loadout

-Nitronome/Rocket Hammer/Sudaruska
-Shivermist Buster
-Plasma Capacitor
-Graviton 4*

In party play I will usually just spam the Plasma and use the Gravi for crowd control. Nitro/Hammer/Suda for cleaning up. I really only use the Shiver at the boss or a super tight spot.

Good DPS/CC setup

Plasma/Shiver-->Gravi-->Nitro/Hammer/Suda

C42 Loadout

-Nitronome/Sudaruska
-Shivermist Buster
-Dark Retribution
-Graviton 4*

Here I will swap out Swifty for a 3* Owlite shield (I really dont rely too much on my shields, thats why I really havent bothered to get anything over 3*, but I am looking at getting a Crest of Almire)

I have a bomb focus module but I never use it.

I'm usually a full time bomber but I have just recently started to expand my arsenal a bit.

Guardian Loadout

Right now its a 2 and 3 star mix of Plate armor, Helmet, and Shield

-Sudaruska
-Rocket Hammer
-Mega Magnus
-Graviton 4*

I have so many load outs that only using one is impossible. Well, the two I use most often are IronMight Plate and my Recon Ranger uniform-loadout-grenadier-class-armor-set. Yeah. But mostly I use the Ranger set, so I'll describe that.

Helmet: Perfect Mask of Seerus

Armor: Nameless Poncho (I may replace it with Justifer once I get it.)

Shield: The Bitter End

Weapon 1: Nitronome

Weapon 2: Nova Driver

Weapon 3: Blitz Needle

Weapon 4: Obsidian Carbine

Trinket 1: Penta-Heart Pendant

Trinket 2: Elite Quick Draw Module

Sprite Perk: Quick Steps 2

I should note that I make different tweaks with this set constantly. But this version is what has been proving most useful so far.

speed run loadout

-Skolver set
-Wild hunting blade
-Hail driver(for hitting switches and boxes, also for freezing limbers to use WHB charge)
-Wyvern scale shield or crest of almire(working on omega shell)
-elite slash module
I mostly use this load out for soloing arcade. Skolver DMG max with WHB turns it into a death machine, most monsters will die in 3-4 hits.

I still interchange the handful of gear that I've crafted, but my typical loadout recently has been chaos+some hat with a defensive shield, a bomb, a gun, and a sword. I switch between which, but I do use that combination generally.

BKC+whatever fits, usually Chaos and sometimes Vog. Swiftstrike in nine out of ten cases. These are most commonly accompanied by two swords of choice, unless I need a gun or a bomb for a special fight (Blitz for Vana, VV for last Gauntlet arena, etc.). The swords in question are usually some that are fun to use and not overpowered unless I want to win in which case it's either Acheron or Combuster, basically.

In other news, I checked Fehzor's old image and ugh why does the old UI hit me so hard in the nostalgia?

That's not a loadout. It's a weapon. You can't play without armor equipped, it's not even possible.

If I'm going to a random generic level, I prefer my Suda Combo:

Sudaruska
Callahan
Electron Vortex
Chaos Cowl
Chaos Cloak
Barbarous Thorn Shield
Sprite Perk: Quick Strike II (or was it III?)

That makes quick work of just about anything. I tend to use drakon more when solo (and in a hurry) and seraphynx in a team (or getting my butt kicked), but beyond that, I don't really care which one I take.

I switch weapons more often than my armor, but I never bench my hammer unless absolutely necessary. Left = most often, right = least often.

I am a specialist, great at fighting both slimes and undead. I only use one loadout no matter what floor I'm on, and i almost never die.
My loadout:

Helm: Rock Jelly

Armor: Rock Jelly (It really rocks)

Sword: Silent Nightblade

Gun: Volt Driver

Shield: Rock Jelly (It still rocks)

And the Maskraith sprite with shadow harness.(Optional)

My favorite weapon has got to be the Volt Driver, it simply dominates large groups of slimes and undead.

However, not having that useless resistance opens up a space for something more useful, since 5* armors mostly carry 2 status resists aside from Divine and the like.

Graviton bomb
Volcanic pepperbox
Volcanic plate shield

Nowdays it's usually:

Mercurial demo suit + Mercurial heml (not demo, shock low)
Sudaruska
Mega magnus/Storm driver/Volcanic pepperbox
Boltbrand/Furious flamberge

I do occaisionally go with bombs in which case the weapons swap to:
Spike shower
Shivermist buster
Super blast bomb
Dark Retribution
Graviton vortex

I really need to get my hands on some volcanic demo and more status bombs

Oh by the way, the sprite is level 70/80 something with either bomb ctr low, MSI low or undead high.

Drakon with Meteoric Firebolt. Working on getting Scorching Barrier and Frenzied Firestorm.

All-rounder hybrid set

Currently I'm only in 4-star gear, but this is the 5-star version of my load out:
Helm: Divine
Armor: Skolver
Shield: Aegis
Weapon 1: Combuster (could be any ele brandish really)
Weapon 2: Acheron (or obsidian edge)
Weapon 3: Blitz Needle

Keep in mind that ur gonna need three weapon slots for this load out. if you don't have 3 slots take out either acheron or blitz.
also keep in mind that I am kind of nuub with load outs so there are probably better ones.
