I don't know if this had been suggested before. I've been playing Lockdown for some time, and it dawned on me that players, in tier 2 and tier 3, die way too quick. Especially tier 3. Even with trinkets, average players barely could survive a Gran Faust or Brandish combo in tier 3 or double-teamed in tier 2. Parrying attacks would increase the dueling time of knights. Some players spend more time in the "you have been defeated..." screen than in the actual dueling or capturing phase. I also have noticed that sometimes, knights just combo each other back and forth, without the use of any strategy, and usually the person with lower health dies. Parrying basically means that it two knights are near each other and attack at about the same time towards each other, the swords cancel each other out and they both get knocked back depending on how powerful the blow that they received is. All the sword lines will probably made equal. If not, I still think that this is a way to increase life in the action. Professional players will still be able to take care of beginners, but with somewhat more difficulty. The duels will be longer, recons and guardians with abilities down will have greater survival chance, and Lockdown will be more realistic. Please comment and tell me what this is missing. Thanks!
Parrying in Lockdown.

No.
Just, no.
As a guardian, you sacrifice your regular shield for a huge giant awesomecake one.
As a recon, you sacrifice your regular shield for a cloaking device.
As a striker, you sacrifice your regular shield for something that makes your legs move faster.
There's a reason strikers and recons can't shield themselves in any kind of way. Strikers are dependant on their dodging for this. Recons are sneaky and have to be smart and unpredictable.

After playing too much Dark Souls, parrying sucks on laggy games. SK is one of those.
