After creating a guild I was surprised to find that there was not more customization available for the guild hall. Here are some things that I would like to be able to fancy my guild hall up with.

- Banners bearing my guild logo.
- A token vendor next to the crafting device.
- A guild vault, where members could drop off crowns, materials or items to be picked up by other guild members.
- Silly ornaments or trinkets to litter the guild hall with.
- Weapons testing area where players can test their newly forged weapons on a dummy that doesn't have resistances.
- The ability to modify the guild hierarchy. Mostly just renaming the rank titles.
- An NPC that you can go to to embroider your armour or shield with your guild logo.

I would be willing to pay crystal energy to provide my guild hall with these things. I think this would add a lot of value to actually being a part of a guild.

I support this, and think

I support this, and think it's a great idea tbh.

I do also think there should be more of a purpose behind a guild. Guild ladders and battle would be nice.

Along with the Guild Chest

Along with the Guild Chest could be an optional "Guild tax" or other such things, if for example a Guild leader wanted to collect 1% of the crowns his cronies collect, and use it for upgrades of guild members. There is a lot more that can be done with guilds that is currently being done. it seems to me a guild is pretty much a chat channel for you and your friends at this point. I'd like to see more.

I fully Endorse the other ideas from OP.

Another idea

Guild only quests, or guild leader assigned quests.

- Game generated quests that can be unlocked, that would be available only to members of a guild.

- A bulletin board in the guild hall that would state current guild objectives, or other information relevant to the guild as a team.

A guild gate. One that the guild members can fill with minerals to their own liking in private (without getting payed cr for the minerals) and that opens when it's full / can be reset by the guild leader or resets some days after it opens.

Agreed to adding Guild functionality!

EVERYTHING the OP said- I love.
-I dislike the idea of a guild tax though (definitely to be made optional-Census wide?)
-Speaking of Census: Maybe a voting system to control whos in charge/title? (the creator? the Leader? most supportive? etc.)
-ALL of the basic guys in the Town in the guild hall (workable--just would be nice if more option are available besides the Alchemy board)
-Bulletin board is a GREAT idea, just put the same tax as it would for sending a messege (25 crowns)
-Guild Only Quests: maybe special missions involving to unlock the core? Save the original expedition squad?

-Recognition from the OOO Website (Leader Boards, Most people in guild, most contributing to gates, most progressed, noob-moments, etc.)
^^^ Now thats Competition in True Co-Op Form. ^^^

We need crown sinks to more

We need crown sinks to more energy sinks, energy is HIGH enough as it is. All of these should cost a considerable amount of crowns.

The guildhall is kind of dull, so it'd be great to have stuff to spice it up with. As a guild there really isn't a whole lot of stuff to do, so we definitely do need more stuff with guilds to do.

Name the Guild hall

Great ideas but more than anything I want to be able to rename my Guild Hall.

Oh and a guild motto! Everytime you go to the guild hall it should show your Guild's coat of arms and motto on the loading screen.

Man that would be awesome...

Now this is it! O(^_^)O

Finally I found an interesting suggestion that I wanted to suggest also. Good to have found this.

All suggestions that I like:

+ Banners with the guild emblem (decorative purpose)
+ Private token vendor (same equipment that Brinks sells)
+ Guild vault to put valuables in and to take 'em out (a big chest to put CR and CE into it would do fine)
+ Guild specific emblem vendor (to put emblems into equipment)
+ Private test dummy area (just one, two or three dummies in a corner)
+ Guild donation system (the word 'tax' is imbued with so much negative energy these days) *
+ Guild bulletin board (information for members of the guild, 25 CR / msg)
+ Guild gate (which goes offline for a day if not powered regularly by it's members) **
+ Vote system (to give rewards and trophies for members that are most active in certain areas)
+ Trophy system (weekly or monthly trophies that are voted between every type of members) ***
+ Private guild leaderboard (for those who wish to compete just for honor within a guild)
+ Guild rename option (costs half of the energy paid to form a guild of course)
+ Guild motto and coat of arms loading screen (predefined or uploadable... either way it is epic!)
+ More diverse and specific ranking system (more 'professions') ****

Those that were not included however are not disliked by me. I just did not see them as necessary as the rest included here.

* I thought about donation system instead of actual taxes because in the world today, the word tax and taxes have been imbued with tremendous amount of negativity and it's counter part donation with even more amount of positivity. You could decide the percentage you would like to give to your guild yourself. It would be okay to give none if you so wish to choose. This would be the ultimate option of gift giving to me.

** Guild gate would work much the same way like the other gates except this one is just inside your guild and that only the members would have the power to decide the outcome of the themes of the gate. The open gates in the Arcade would be open to everyones affection, but the Guild gate is open only for the affection of the members of each guild respectively. This way you could form the themes to suit your guild the best. Whenever a Guild gate should go offline, it would be due to the lack of power that active members produce by gathering minerals from the Arcade into their own gate until the gate goes online. Whenever a Guild gate goes online, it would stay online as long as the members would return minerals into it from any gate source including the guild gate itself. Gate which goes offline would be offline for 1 day and then become available to be powered again. Otherwise just like any other gate the guild gate could be. Downside is that there is only one gate with no boss stages, without as many stages as the Arcade gates have and also if half of the guild wants a certain themed gate and the other half wants another kind, you would have a problem. LOL ...teamwork, remember teamwork!

*** There could be diverse variety of trophies available. A trophy for the most active member, one for the most lazy one, a trophy for the one who gathers most minerals, a trophy for the member of the month, one for the most supportive member, one for the least supportive member, a trophy for the one with most lack of luck and so on. Some serious trophies and some hilarious ones that are equally wanted. The purpose for these is that they don't give you anything specific other than the trophy itself for a certain period of time and an achievement for the reason that you gained it. Fame and honor would await you and the next member in line. Share the fun, share the life. Also these could be shown in the Guild Leaderboard perhaps?

**** With this I mean to introduce a hierarchy that has divided purposes. Guild masters, officers, veterans and so on would still have the same benefits they have, but inside the guild there would be professions like in the Council. One person works with the leaderboard to release information and is called the Head Informer, another one works with the Vote and Trophy systems and is known as the Accountant, third could work with the Guild chest and to be known as the General Manager, one could store information and knowledge so forth be known as the Librarian and so on. Creator of the guild, the senior Guild master would have the upper hand and the ultimate decision to refuse or verify offers in such cases which include valuable withdrawals or in similar situations where another member wants to move an object or objects of interest stored and/or placed somewhere in the guild into a different spot within it or outside the guild with or without being the owner of those objects. The senior Guild master would be this way the overseer, but he or she cannot do any of those decisions and carry them out by himself or herself. This would exclude the possibility of selfish and malevolent masters that use other members for their own ends and leave them whenever there are enough funds in the Guild chest to please themselves.

Best of Day! O(^_^)O

A lot of amazing ideas in here that I also considered when I made my guild today only to find it disappointingly bleak and next to useless.

I completely support a lot of what's going on in this thread, though! It's nice to see a lot of people expecting the same things out of guilds. It's definitely something that needs some more attention. It just feels like it lacks a lot of purpose right now.
