Buggy items and recipes, after the launch

It's time again to collect all the known buggy items and recipes after the release. I know that I've reported some of these two or three times in game (and others have as well), but hopefully creating a single central thread will make it easier to fix these issues all in one go. Many are just cosmetic.
- Miracle cloak: Requires only 5 light shards to make. Other 4* recipes need 15.
- Firo driver: Apparently the recipe tooltip does not indicate the ability to cause fire (ditto for firotech alchemer mk II?)
- Blizzbrand: Has the icon for the combuster line, not the freezy-sword series.
- Nightblade, at the very least, does not ALWAYS create an explosion when the charged attack goes off. There's nothing in the tooltip to suggest this would be unreliable. Is it intentional?
- Cold iron carver vs ascended calibur: If you are unaware of this issue, welcome back from your month long vacation. This issue is discussed every few days, so check the forums.
- Combuster series vs Fang of Vog: Why would someone pay 50 hard-to-get boss tokens when they can get a better, less self-harming sword?
- Alchemers: when aimed with the keyboard, have a fair chance of passing through blocks instead of hitting targets. This problem does not seem to occur when the mouse is used.
- Wolver series gear: I'm still of the opinion that an every-monster damage bonus is overpowered compared to most other gear, for which the damage bonus is monster specific. In theory weapon specificity would be a good nerf, but swords are disproportionately useful. Several monster families dodge guns (making a gun bonus useless), and 2* bombs... meh. This ends up being a bonus for situations where a sword is the only useful weapon anyway.

- Rocks from Khorovod charge attacks can ignore the light barriers
- Fasut/Gran Faust speed meter is double its actual performance. They perform like the Avenger in speed.
* Freezing Atomizer: Recipe only need lvl1+ vaporizer instead of lvl5+

Alfwyn reports that:
"The 'Sacred Silver Amulet' trinket (50 tokens)... has exactly the same statistics, including star level, as the 'Silver Amulet' trinket (5 tokens)- bugged 17 April, no change so far."

Confirmed from Sunflash and myself that Firotech Alchemer Mk II does not have a "Good chance of causing moderate FIRE" on its recipe or gun tooltip. It does, in fact, inflict fire at times. The Mk I is fine.

Some more trinket bugs are noted in another thread:

I saw that Hearthstone one a while back and put what should be it's correct star rating on the Wiki. (April 6th according to my Wiki note)
Alfwyn has also noted the Sacred Silver oddities. I just hope that most of those are sitting in the bug-fix list.
It should be noted that the cold iron carver is now more on-par with the ascended calibur, and deals slightly more vs undead, and slightly less vs others. I saw a post with damage tests around somewhere, and it is possible that it was only for the vanquisher vs. leviathan, but I'm fairly sure they updated this because of serious player complaints

- Flourish family weapons will not strike Kats with the standard jab attacks when directly in front of the target.

More reports of brandish series wonkiness:

The Static Flash still describes the bomb as having "Moderate Freeze" when it is actually the only shock bomb currently in production.
Also, I've had the same issue hitting Kats with my flourish, I'm glad to see it isn't just me, thought I was going crazy for a while there. In T3 that can be downright deadly. When swinging and missing, it looks like the sword is slashing on the other side of the kat. So it would be me, the kat grinning at me, then the tip of the flourish on the other side in a nice, straight line.

A few Callahan things
The description is misleading and should be changed (says it can "leave the user in a daze" but doesn't do this, and I hope it never does).
Two bugs:
If you use a charged attack sometimes it will pull the target towards the player rather than knocking them back
If you use a charged attack while backed against something, there will be the fire animation but nothing will be shot.

Argent Peacemaker: same issues as the Alchemer line, when using keyboard to aim, shots will pass through blocks.
