Epialitzer boss

Posted on my brother's behalf. Everything from here is written by HorseClaw.

So basically the Epialitzer is a giant Howlitzer, who has 2 main stages, Normal and Kamikaze. The boss would probably be at Tier 3. A screenshot of the battle field is here (it was created in Spiral Spy): https://pinterest.com/pin/529806343633880821/ .

Attacks (of part one):
Shoot
Summon curse zombies and Howlitzers that are slightly larger than normal
Destroy all Howlitzers in the room, making them go into Kamikaze mode, then respawns them
Summons spikes at random locations (the areas will glow before the spikes comes up)

Attacks (of part two):
Dash around the room (does this constantly)
Summon curse zombies and Howlitzer that are larger than normal
Make all Howlitzers go kamikaze, and respawn them
Bullet spray (they trail him, then spread)

On death: the Epialitzer's skull explodes, killing all monsters in the room. He also drops Haunted skulls.

I don't care what the swarm version will look like (if one ends up existing), I just would like people to consider this idea.

1 not enough detail about location. name is not enough; is like telling FSC to a 2*.
2 not in order to activate phase 2, but phase 2 itself. rephrasing: phase 2 ends when you deal enough damage or it has a time like howlitizer?

1. The levels would be like a grave yard, minus the phantoms, plus lots of Howlitzers, a few Bombies and infinite lost souls, maybe shankles, wisps and/or other undead
2. Phase 2 ends when either it has taken sufficient damage, or after 3 1/2 min
3. Condition to the dash attack from phase 2, when it hits a wall it stops for about 5 secs

Derpuraptor strikes back

So you want a bullet hell that contains like 13 greavers, one of them being a giant that moves?
And what is Kamikaze mode? Does it mean it sends them flying or what? Makes them faster? This is way more op than Dark Firestorm Citadel combined with Compound 42 that swarms with tortodrones.

Kamikaze is referring to the feature all howlitzers have, where their head shoots around targeting the player.

Some ideas

How about the boss has three sort of branches coming out of him and on each of those is a head.

Attacks for phase one:

Each of the heads shoots a very big, slow moving, bullet that does a lot of damage at the same time
The heads start rotating and shooting little bullets creating spirals of bullets coming towards the knights
One of the heads lashes out towards the edge of the arena
Each head shoots groups of 5 bullets randomly

Attacks for phase two:
Fly around attempting to ram the knights
Shoot out bullets as it is flying around
Spawn curse zombies (only on final stage)
Cause large explosions where it is

For the first phase each head is invincible, and they only way to damage a head is by reflecting the very big bullet back at him by shooting it (it starts moving in the direction you shot it from), each head would take about 4-5 hits to kill, and when it has had enough damage given to it the other two heads retreat into the ground, and one of the heads goes into kamikaze mode, then the knights have to do enough damage to it to defeat that one head or wait 3 minutes; after 3 minutes the head explodes, causing large damage to all the knights in the room (unblockable), so it would be smart to beat it. After it is destroyed, the other two heads come back and do more damage and are faster. The knights then have to defeat the next head using the same procedure. When there is only one head left it gets much faster, and rarely shoots the reflectable bullet. After it goes in to kamikaze mode while its flying around it also shoots out kamikaze howlitzers, the knights have to make the little howlitzers hit the Epialitzer, as that is the only way to damage it in this final stage.

Maybe SL version ^ ?

I can finally log into my account!

Sounds like a pretty good idea; however some knights don't use guns.

The Epialitzer has three heads, each with horns that make them look like triceratops skulls with a neck bone.

But I think Epialitzers huge bullet should be able to be deflected by bullets from the other Howlitzers or their heads, the bullets could also could be destroyed, spraying bullets back at the Epialitzer, who (in phase one) can only be damaged by the huge bullet and the bullet spray from killing the bullet take about 3-5 damaged each small bullet.

In phase two each head will look at it's target before charging in it's general direction, and cannot turn while charging. The heads can only turn after they hit a wall and are about to charge again. An Epialitzer head is killed when it takes enough damage, then the killed head follows you for ten seconds, then explodes damaging all knights and monsters in range.

Curse zombies are cut from the fight, people have enough problems with the amount of bullets everywhere. The slightly larger than normal Howlitzer are call Megalitzers (They look like one headed Epialitzers).

In a earlier comment, I said the heads would stop for a few seconds after it hits a wall, being when knights with swords and bombs can hit it, ok
