Here is a link to the thread on the game's design. This thread is dedicated to story elements and character design.

I have, as a matter of fact, planned out a good deal of the story. This wasn't really intentional at all...I was just thinking of the game and such for several months and suddenly ideas started pouring in. A few of these, such as endings (did I say several endings?) and dark secrets won't get mentioned to anyone other than the closest of CradleBound developers. (AKA those who have helped on the project for a long time)

So, I'm making a thread so I can type out (*cough*and spoil*cough* *cough*) the story before I've even started to develop the game? No way! Although I'm going to be pretty detailed at the start of the game, as well as on a few major events, I want to see something made from the community here! I'm only going to be accepting Story Clips, or bits from the readers/writers at certain times. Everything will be chronologically ordered, so no special FSC story until after scraping the Roarmulous Twins.

Although there is a bit more reserved than what's in the following list, this list is just for stuff coming straight from SK. They are:

  • Crash landing
  • Early Rescue camp
  • Gloaming Wild Woods and Snarbolax
  • Operation Crimson Hammer
  • Ghosts in the Machine
  • Chaos Bone Yard Shhhhhhh secret
  • Core (No, you aren't entering it...or at least studies show that...)

At least as of what I can think of right now, this is all I have reserves on. If it looks a tad long, trust me, there is a lot more in Spiral Knights and Earthbound than this. CradleBound has to at least be able to compare to one of these...I hope...

Note: Not enough info on characters, situation, etc. is available for anyone other than myself to start... (Ha I'm sounding selfish, aren't I?)
